DO NOT RENT WASHER/DRYER FROM HERE! The units dont meet any of the specs they call for on the website. They did not send a whirlpool brand as stated, they sent some off-brand from Canada. Unit was incredibly loud and frankly did not wash well either. Their washers do not take fabric softener so you have to open it up before the spin and add it manually. Granted they came to pick the units back up but it was still a hassle.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I USED THEM ONCE IN 2001 AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO STOP REPORTING INCORRECTLY TO CREDIT AGENCIES EVER SINCE. EVEN THOUGH THE DEBT WAS PAID OFF, THEY KEEP REPORTING IT AS OUTSTANDING AND I CANT EVEN GET A HOLD OF ANYONE TO FIX IT AS THEY JUST KEEP "PASSING THE BUCK" EVERY TIME I CALL. THE ONLY TIME THEY RESPOND IS IF THEYRE GOING TO GET MORE MONEY.
