Avoid at all costs!! Can you get a great price at Sears Outlet? Yes. But thats only the beginning of the nightmare you will experience. I bought a supposedly new Kenmore Elite refrigerator on 9/27/14 for a great price. It was installed 9/30/14 and within 8 hours broke. I called the Sears Outlet store and asked them to take it back, which they refused and told me that I would have to have 4 repairs within the 12 month warranty to get a return. So I called Sears service to schedule the required repair only to find out that the closest appointment is THREE AND A HALF WEEKS away. What am I supposed to do for nearly a month with a broken refrigerator?!?! This is a refrigerator that broke within EIGHT HOURS of being installed!!! Sears is a disgraceful, borderline criminal company. I will never buy a single thing from Sears again!

Purchased a Stove previously and had a great experience. Wanted to look at Refrigerators and also research available patio furniture for the Spring. Sales person educated me on when the best selection of Patio furniture would be available. Sales person was very helpful and informative and once again it was a great experience. Will return in the Spring to buy patio furniture and will be purchasing the new refrigerator soon. Thanks for making it painless.

The worst. Didnt save much and the washer was broken. Didnt work at all and was obviously never tested. They wouldnt take it back but I had to go in and insist they at least exchange it. They agreed and scheduled delivery and pick up for the following week. Nothing. Not a phone call or a washer. Im going to have to file a dispute with my bank. Dont ever buy anything from these people.

Horrible !!!!!! Ive purchased many items from the outlet on Cleveland Avenue in Northern Lights and was treated like I was family. I visited the Outlet store on Gender Rd on 5/13/14, and was ignored .We were in the store approximately 20 minutes and we were never helped, it wasnt crowded or busy. I took my money to Budget Mattress on McNaughton

Sears should close up and go under. It has nothing to support lifetime warranty for hand tools. Torque wrenches are hand tools last time I looked but you cant get a replacement when the ratchet mechanism breaks because "they dont make that kind of head anymore". Worse yet, theyre not even honoring warranty on a simple 3/8" ratchet.

The online price was 20% cheaper than what the store had it for. The store said they could not match the price that was listed on the website. Great customer service Sears - you can be sure I will recommend folks not buy from you.
