Needed a part for a fridge at work. To be exact it was a water line connector for a door that had become damaged. I had stopped at a couple other mom and pop stores and even 2 big name stores to no avail. It was a little frustrating given how basic this part was. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and he immediately knew the part I was after unlike the others that I had to literally show them. I had the part in my hand in less than 30 seconds. The price for the part was beyond fair and even that 80% tip the price still would have beat what I saw, Haha! :) The shop (owner?) was very friendly and you instantly sense he cares about what he is doing. For a brick and mortar store with high overhead costs this store beat anything I could do ealsewhere. I will be back with measurements in hand to get that microwave I was eyeballing. Thanks for making what could have been a tough Friday a good one! I will send customers your way exclusively!

I recently bought a house and needed a washer and dryer. Ads from appliance companies showed prices higher than I wanted to pay. Two friends of mine both mentioned PCRA saying that is where they bought stuff and the price was much lower, and their appliances worked great since they got them. I went to the location in Largo and Ryan and Warren were both very helpful, and not at all pushy. They let me choose the set I liked best and went out of their way to help me get it delivered as soon as possible. Jeff, the delivery person, was great too. He even called the next day to make sure I was happy and to remind me they have a 1 year warranty. I will definitely recommend them to everyone, and buy my next appliances from them too-why pay so much more for something that will last for years when you can get it for so much less?

Beware of buying an appliance here. This guy sold me what he said was a new scratch and dent refrigerator for $475. It never worked right. After several weeks of them trying to repair it and losing a lot of moneys worth of food that had spoiled because the freezer kept going off, I finally told him I wanted to give it back for a refund. He took it back but refused to give me a refund at that point, but told me that as soon as he sold it he would refund me the money. I found out a couple of weeks later that he did resell the refrigerator, which means he was paid twice fir the same appliance. When I asked him for my money after that, he said he would give me $150. I have contacted him several times asking for the money he agreed to give me, but have just been ignored. This is not a man of his word.

Horrible service and product!!! I bought a refrigerator for my mom for mothers day. The "owner" came out after several calls and said it is not fixable to say to pick out another one at the store to charge her $75 extra. On top of that, the "new" one has not worked since she has gotten it and the repair guy had charged her $125. Now this is months later the fridge is still not working and another person tried charging her another $125. I call to try and sort things out and they guy on the phone said the owner is not there. So $200 later, what was supposed to be a PRESENT for my mom is now a disaster!! She had to throw everything away twice, pay $200, and it is still not fixed!! Never will I recommend or buy ANYTHING from this place again.

Purchased refrigerator 7 months ago. Service was excellent and fast delivery. Unfortunately my freezer started to freeze up immediately and i didnt think any about. Now 7 months later it isnt getting cold anymore. Calledo spoke to a guy. He was very polite and must obey store policy. He stated I have to pay $95 to have someone come out and fix it and if not fixable they will replace with another refrigerator. Im upset because Im a college student and dont have the funds to repair or replace when I spent a good amount on buying in first place. Personally I would never buy here again. I will take my loss and just buy brand new from reputable appliance store next time. This store has good selection and nice staff.

This company sold me a solid washing machine when I was on a fixed income. The washing machine worked good for 3 months but had an issue with a pump bearing and made abnormally loud noises. When I contacted the company the actual owner himself (Jeff Garitson) came out within two business days to replace the bearing with no questions asked. He was apologetic and now my washing machine is working perfectly ..... since then Ive referred friends for repairs at their homes and referred others for appliances for themselves with no issues to be found. Thank you Pinellas County Refrigeration.....

I experienced excellent service from Pinellas County Refridgeration & Appliance! Jeff came out to repair my refrigerator. At the last minute I told him that my washing machine wasnt working properly so he took a look at it and gave me the best deal on repairing that also. Jeff is a very nice, courteous, and reliable person and you can tell that he loves what he does and making customers happy!! I will only go with Pinellas County Refrigeration and would recommend them to anyone!

We purchased an affordable used dryer and it was delivered on a day and time that was convenient for us. When the dryer began overheating, it was replaced at no hassle or cost to us. I went into the store to look into purchasing a used refrigerator after this business was recommended to me by a colleague. After talking to the owner, Jeff, he offered to come look at my old one to see if he could fix it...which he DID, after a different appliance guy told me it was not fixable. I purchase a use side by side refrigerator the other day. I havent purchased a use appliance before. So far its worked great. The owner was friendly and has worked with me weeks before to get the refrigerator I was looking for. For delivery, the guy was super friendly and very helpful. Dont bother calling. Was supposed to have service call for Friday its now Monday no call back for confirmation. When I callled to check on appointment was assured someone would call to confirm waited 2 hours called them back now they have no record of my calling in the first place. Skip.
