Wonderful experience. A-1 provides friendly service and goes the extra mile to make sure you have exactly what you need along with all of the fittings to hook it up right the first time. I am a DIYr so I they helped load them into my vehicle safely vs. delivery. I found a great washer and dryer pair for a reasonable price (classic Whirlpool set that is so much stronger and durable than modern machines) They just dont make em like that anymore. I searched many stores and found A-1 too be the best place to find appliances in great condition....and with a warranty, too.

Great company. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member. I bought my washer and dryer in March and moved 2.5 hours north. About 2 months later I started having trouble with the washer. The owner of A-1 helped me determine the problem over the phone and we found the part online. He asked me to order the part and then send him the bill so he could cut me a check. I was soooo happy to hear that. Especially since my 30 day guarantee was over and done with. He still helped me out. What a relief!

He was prompt at the scheduled delivery time. I even had a few "unusual" situations he was able to take care of to ensure my washer and dryer were installed properly. I have seen his truck around for years,My fridge decided to stop working,Well let me give A-1 Appliance a call.I call and with in an hour he was at my house.Very professional,Within a few minutes he finds the problem.He doesnt try to sell me a bunch of other things that are not needed.His service fee was very reasonable, A first class act all the way,!!!
