I have recently changed all my appliances to stainless steel. My refrigerator didnt cool so I had it replaced with very little problem. Thats when it was owned by the Reynolds. Recently my oven stopped working. I called the local store, got a run around, finally had to call an 800 number. When he finally arrived, he said it was the mother board, two weeks later it was replaced. Then he had the nerve to say I was only wired for a 120 --- false, false, false - its a 240 breaker and my stove worked fine for months with out a problem. When I called the Swainsbor store and told the onwer, her response was well I cant help,. What in the world!!! So I call 800 number again and they said what ever the technician put in his report they would have to stand by it. So do not buy a Sears appliance. I promise they havent heard the last from me. And by the way he didnt connect my oven, so it still doesnt work.

Snappy and no help, went back in and they acted like they had never seen us before. Never called us back when we left our number with the product we were looking for. Went to Statesboro and had wonderful service. Sad we couldnt use our hometown store.
