Revolting. Mismanaged scheduling, ineffective communication, calls missed - I believe this company has no interest in retaining my business. Scheduling: no after hours availability, so I had to take a minimum 4 hours off work because I work M-F 9-5. Also they only had appointments a minimum of 1 week out, only gave me a days notice for the time they were coming, and said they would call 30 minutes before... but they didnt. Communication: the employee who answers the phone seems inexperienced and dumbfounded as to why Im calling. Maybe hes a little too "high" class? If there is another business I can find around Clearwater that repairs LG washer-dryer combos and warrants their service I will use them, but I cant find one. The only reason these guys get two stars is they eventually finished my first repair, even though it took 3 excruciatingly long weeks.

I was in the market to purcase a washer and dryer, a friend of mine told me to go to Class Appliance Center and see Tony!!! She said her experience there was great!! As I walked in, Tony was a true professional! he didnt bombard with typical salesman questions, I browsed a bit then he approached me...not knowing much about the appliances, he was patient and explained all the features and functions of about 2-3 different makes and models ( very impressed). Not pressuring me on which to purchase according to make or price, he let me make up my owm mind that best suited me and my budget, I ended up buying the LG washer and dryer. Tony made my experience extremely easy and unpressured and I really appreiciate that! I will tell all my friends about Class Appliance Center and to see Tony!!! Thank you Tony!!!

I have been a customer of Class Appliance since I bought my GE washer/dryer from Lowes in 2012. They have always serviced my machine in a timely manner and with excellence. In a recent service matter, June, 2016, I was sure they were wrong in their assessment of my dryer malfunction. Through the two week exchange with me which included multiple service calls to my home they were continuously courteous and patient with my demands. In the end I learned that I had been completely wrong in my position about the function of my dryer and their technicians, store manager and technical support staff were completely right. They were respectful and accepted by apologies with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Great washer, and great service! My husband and I were full of questions and Tony had all the answers - turns out hes been in this business for over 30 yrs! He keeps only the brands he trusts on the showroom floor. He helped us pick the right washing machine for our needs and after using it a few days now, we couldnt be happier. We needed to replace our old one asap and Tony had our old one removed and the new one installed the next morning, and right at the time he said. And all for a great value! Would definitely recommend. Oh - but google thinks the address is located in a mobile home park across the street, so we had trouble finding it.

We have a Lowes protection plan for our Whirlpool washer. First they scheduled us with Appliance Services of Florida for a morning appt. They called that morning and told me they didnt service our area in the morning and were just shy of being rude. When I called Lowes to get another service provider they got me in touch with Class. They were GREAT!! They came the day after I called, called the night before the apt and gave me an hour and a half window ( as opposed to the between 8 and 12 ) The tech, Darsh, was on time, courteous, professional and had my machine running within about 15 minutes!! I am now a fan and customer for life!!

Tony and the crew at Class Appliance were a huge help today. My dryer stopped heating and I took it apart. Not really knowing what I was doing I took all the thermostats, fuses and the heating coil in the Class to replace them all. They tested all the components and they were all functional and did not need replacing. The only thing needing to be replaced was the heating coil. They walked me through where it was broken and how to reassemble the housing. Best customer service and repair workshop I have even experienced. I will recommend this business to anyone who is looking for help repairing or buying.

They tried to fix an ice maker. It seems a simple thing, but they couldnt do it. After 7 maintenance calls they seem to have given up. They are either incompetent or lazy. I call in to see what the next steps are and they say they have to come out again and talk to the refrigerator manufacturer on the phone while at my house. They refuse to call me back so I have to call them to remind them that I still have no ice. Terrible customer service over the phone, but very nice technicians working on my fridge. On my last call to them they refused to call me back and hung up on me.

Tony at Class Appliance has taken very good care of us. My mother in law has needed a washer, refrigerator, and a microwave replaced above her stove. We are out of state, so helping her take care of all these things could be complicated. But, because of these guys it has been easy and pleasant. They have helped us pick the right models, frugal but good, and they have been very nice and trustworthy. The delivery and installation has been done quickly and professionally - they have been very nice to my mother in law. I highly recommend them.

My experience didnt start off so nice with this company. I needed my washing machine repaired. The guy who initially took my request lost my information and I had to make another appointment. (Lost 1 star on the rating. ) On the 2nd attempt, the repair tech was prompt and professional. It was a simple repair, but they wanted to charge an inflated price to fix it. (Lost another star here.) The repair tech was nice enough to give me the part number and show me how to replace it myself! An honest tech is hard to find. I appreciate his help!

WOW...this place is incredible. They have all kinds of parts and all kinds of appliances. Great customer service as well. I have been coming to this place for 10 years now and they keep impressing me every time with their knowledge and the willingness to help. Me and my wife have bought a stove and washer from Tony and he gave me a great deal. Thank you Tony for being in business for 37 years, hope you stay around for another 37 more years. I will definitely coming back again!

I have been purchasing parts at this location for almost 10 years. They have great customer service! In particular, Tony and Christopher do a great job attending to clients. Tony is so helpful with his customers, be it on the phone or in person. Christopher also does a great job serving customers and can attend to them in either English or Spanish. Regardless of which language, they makes all customers feel at home and always attends to their needs.

Class Appliance sent out a technician (named Jose) to correct a problem we were having with our new refrigerator. Jose was so knowledgeable and corrected our problem, as well as he took the time to explain some features we did not know about on this refrigerator. Both my husband and I were so impressed with Jose, that we will only contact Class Appliance if we have any appliance problems in the future.
