Manager has BAD & RUDE customer skills. I went with coupons and I had overage and He said "Oh we dont give back" wth so Pathetic never heard of that. Walmart does.. Cvs does.. Stater Bros does.. Target does.. RUBEN MALDONADO has no skills to be a GM he has low standers of managment thank to me and people like me He gets Paid and gets a check!!! So why discriminate COUPONERS. Ruben GM didnt allowed be to purchase a chocolate bar for $1.19 my overage was gonna go there and I had to pay him.. He did not allowed me. Never been discriminated from a store.. and i had coupon at other Ralphs & F4l. So be aware.. Ruben doesnt allowed you to purchase anything went u pay with coupons and there FREE items. Smh they need to Change Manager Asap because he has No customer skills , Rude , Discriminates and doesnt allowed to buy fillers. I told him Call Corporation.. I spoke to them & they said your wrong and He just acted he didnt hear me and Left. He said .. No $ back so he keept $4 $5 from my Coupons.. That money was mine .. or at least should of used it on something else and Ruben M didnt allowed me (UN PROFESSIONAL) Need to Replace this type of Managers..

The sales are fairly decent in the discount rack is usually well stocked. The store could use a little bit more staff but in the essence of time management and kids waiting with me Ive had to bag my own groceries more than Id like to admit at paying prices that are certainly not WinCo prices. However the staff is always cheerful if not a little bit overworked and thats why if you want to just get out of there quickly you might have to buy your own groceries. I dont ever really see them offering to help anybody out because I dont think they can spare the employees so maybe this isnt the best place for senior citizens to shop at. But the store is clean the bakery is good, the meat department is very friendly , theres rarely things out of stock. Not a terrible place to go but Im definitely looking forward to more of a diverse selection of grocery stores to go to

I gave it 4 stars because of the lady post about the manager standing up to one if those terrible coupon shoppers. Im not talking about people who use coupons on talking about the insane people who spend 20 hours a week trying to make sure there basket will end up being free. If they got a 10 hour a week job they woukd make more money. Walmart would love to tell them to beat it but unfortunately cooperate would rather not listen to them wine so they give in. This guy had backbone. These people are insane a transaction takes 20 minutes they nicole and dine everything. Do they car about anyone that has to wait ? No they dont if everyone had no life and did this it would take 3 hours to check out and prices would double because they would need 59 registers open. Shame on you looser get a job

So Im a regular at this store. I usually skate there to pick up groceries and toiletries. I had an unfortunate and degrading experience today however when I went to purchase beer. I was waiting in line with my groceries when a cashier obnoxiously approaches me and says "Do we have alcohol here?", loud enough for the front end of the store to hear. She then sent me to a cashier/manager to have my itemss rang up when I was already in line doing that very thing. Like I said Im a regular and I worked retail but that was a very degrading experience and am very disappointed with how they handled the situation.

I give this store 3 stars. The employees are not rude, but they also arent overly friendly. Very rarely do you ever see a cashier smile or say hello in this store. They always have a look on their face like they all hate their jobs. Also this is the smallest Ralphs I have ever been in; its almost half the size of most Ralphs, Smiths, or other Kroger stores. They have a very limited amount of items, and quite often they are either out of what I want, or they dont carry it in stock, when other (larger) Ralphs stores do. The only reason I give them 3 stars is because they are very organized, and extremely clean.

It was over all a great experience. I think that it was as exiting as any grocery store is. It really nothing special but the people are nice to hang out with. Actually a funny storey I was just there and my friend fell on a stand and she fell and the people were low-key about it. They were calm and totally cool about it. It was honestly a lot experience. U should defiantly think about that place as a great place.

My experience at this store has always been positive (knock on wood). They have always been very friendly. I was looking for a specific package of cookies that they dont usually stock but were delivered by mistake and sold on the end rack for a great price. The lady called around a few other nearby Ralphs and was able to find me a package at the store in Murrietta. That is great customer service!

closest to my house so I go all the time. great product and staff. by raulphs in general is more expensive. if staterbrothers was closer Id go there. SPECIAL ORDERED FROM BAKERY cupcakes for my sons birthday and very pleased. their special order 12 pack (I got a dozen) same price as premade and I for to pick color, frosting and cake type, and specialty picks. HELIUM BALLOONS all types too

Terrible customer service. I only go there when I need just a couple of things because its close. Most times I walk up to the register the cashier doesnt greet me. Often times are to busy chatting with each other. Figure it wont do much good to complain when its the store manager thats being rude.

Never there when I need to speak to the bakery department phone rings off the hook 2nd time I need to ask something regarding a cake never there, also just to speak to someone in general phone rings no one answers super annoying why have a phone if no one is there to asnwer it?!

The managers and service team has the worst customer service ever. The manager was very rude on the phone and has no compassion whats so ever. He was supposed to follow up with me and never did. I dont know who put theses people in charge but they need to be fired!

Pleasant experience. Good management. Very helpful. Only complaint would be the hourly employees seemed very lazy..just strolling around the store....complaining about any work they were asked to do and overheard them using very foul language.

The managers and service team are racists. They refused to sell me because of my nationality. Particularly a cashier guy with blond hair on the cash register 7 or 8. Worst customer service i ever seen. Ill never buy there anymore.

Pretty much your standard supermarket. They have miniature carts and stickers for young kids, which is a nice touch. Sale prices only apply if you have the card, otherwise you pay an arm and a leg for the same products.
