I called ahead to the butcher "Nate" and asked for 20lbs of Sirloin cut as thin as could be because I am making beef Jerky. I asked when I should come and he said he would have it ready whenever I wanted it. I said I would be there in about 30 minutes. He said he would have it ready. I arrived 45 minutes later and he had not even started it. After about 15 minutes of shopping around I went back and he had it all cut up & wrapped. When I got home the meet was cut in slices as thick as 1/2"! It was too thick to make proper beef jerky AND it was VERY difficult to slice again into thinner pieces. DO NOT LET NATE CUT YOUR MEET. He is no good at it and unprofessional.

First and last time here! I was looking at a few items near the butcher counter. Every woman that walked by was disrespected with borderline harrasment type comments. Why they thought they were the only ones in the store fluent in Spanish is beyond me. I am glad I wasnt with my wife or other family females or the disrespect would have been called out. Im sorry to the females that walked by whether they understood the disrespect or not. Go to their competitor across the street, Ralphs.

Pros -Well kept & clean -Decent pricing for a Stater Bros -Ocassional good sales -Friendly staff Cons -FRUIT FLIES in the bakery goods, yes, theyre in the glass and they sit there eating, pooping and laying eggs on the cakes and donuts. They have not done a thing about it in 3+ months. Overall a good place to shop if you minus out the bakery.

Always come here and the prices are great but when checking out the checker and courtesy clerk (Victor and Sarah) were talking bad about another employee right in front of me. Saying how happy they were that he wasnt working totally unprofessional if you ask me. Shame on management all around me for not correcting them.

I love this store. Ive been shopping there for over 16 years. If you cant find a product you need in any other store, Stater Brothers will have it. The cakes are good, the store brand ice creams great and there is always a sale on soda. Prices are great too. This is my fav Grocery Store.

Its clean and the employees are pleasant. I wish they carried my favorite iced cream brand Tillamook. Other than that, I cant complain.
