Good selection of various products, a nice break from warehouse stores or Smart and Final. Thats about it for me and this location. When my wife and I got married we started with the Vons in Costa Mesa and just stayed with the chain after. This location is a poor example of what Vons say they deliver. The store is normally pretty clean but cumbersome when compared to Costa Mesa or Seal Beach. The produce is stocked like dry product shelves with little regard for clean produce bays or giving everything room to breathe. I think thats my biggest concern here and so we greatly limit our fresh food purchases here and save them for a farmers market or Growers. The layout of the store could be improved as well compared to other locations as well. I could go on but when you get down to brass tax the store doesnt have the same charm as the Vons brand I fell in love with all those years ago. They also as of May 1st havent adopted the card chip technology for their payment systems which is annoying too after Targets mistake and its next door as a constant reminder.

Not a great experience. My first time to this store. I am new to the area and I am handicapped so I use a scooter. The store had few employees and the ones that were there do not speak to me or act friendly. I came looking for a particular product called Woodys cooking sauce. The website says that they carry it at this store but it was not there. The only person willing to help me was a bad boy and he was very nice but said there was no way to check it if it wasnt on the Shelf.

The store was super clean, however we went around 8pm and there was only 2 cashiers. The one that checked us out, had a really bad attitude. He barely acknowledged us and we had a 300 dollar order so we stood there for awhile. He just seemed extremely annoyed at our large order. I would wait hours elsewhere before having him Check us out again. Poor poor customer service.

Most of the cashiers are friendly and helpful, but most baggers need instructions on how to bag groceries: not heavy for Seniors; dont bag fresh meat/fish with produce. Its not just Vons: other grocery stores are negligent in knowing how to bag groceries. I know; my Dad managed a major grocery chain and training baggers was important.

This place has everything! Round table pizza and Starbucks, Wells Fargo and a pharmacy. The store is very clean. The employees are very nice. There is a wide selection of all kinds of food and produce, absolutely will be returning to this location. Very nice facility

Always a pleasant experience. Just wish there was a self checkout for smaller purchases. I always end up waiting behind massive orders that take forever to complete their purchase.

Customer service sucks. Employees make eye contact and walk away when its obvious youre waiting for or in need of assistance and rude as hell once you get it. Stop bad vibes in HB

Felt bad for the checker seemed to be new to the job and had to ask for help several times but was very apologetic. ..everything was good but not enough help on the floor.

Although this store is clean and comfortable with a great crew working here, I think the product selection has gone downhill somewhat since it transitioned from Pavilions.

There must be a self check out plus express check out. I dont want to wait in the regular line for a single item. I go there a lot.
