On September 27, 2016 about 6:15pm I received the worse service ever at this Ralphs. I needed to do Western Union, I went to one of the cashier & asked could she help me, she said she was not the one that does Western Union, she went & asked the lady that does the Western Union & she SNICKER saying "its time for me to be off work!" She did not want to help me; when she did help me my MTCN number was incorrect so I had to call my sender & he could not get the number correct; the lady said she had to leave because it was taking me too long to get my MTCN number correct so she told me the man on cashier line 10 will be able to help me once I get the number correct; my sender ended up giving me the correct number plus another MTCN number for another pick up; I went to the guy in line 10 waited till he finished helping those that was in his line...,my night just turned into A RUDE DISCRIMINING, PREJUDICIOUS, HUMILIATING, BELITTLING, DISRESPECTFUL NIGHTMARE. When there was absolutely no one in this man line I asked him very politely can he help me with Western Union; he rudely told me NO! I asked him why not he said "he need to wait till the store is cleared out; there was 3 other cash register open in the front; so I got a few items to buy & went to him with no line & ask him "now can you help me" he told me NO again. I said you still cant help me? He said "I told you not until the store is cleared!" So now it is about 10 minutes to 7:00pm my sender called me & ask me did I get the money? I said no because this PREJUDICE MAN is refusing to help me (I am a African American Woman) by this time I am ready to make a big stink; there was a Caucasian couple that came to his non line & they hear me on my phone telling my sender this man is prejudice & they start saying why he wont help her; my sender tells me to ask for the manager & I said he is the manager! The couple was saying he is not right for not helping me when there is no one in this line; then he turned red as a beet & said to me "I will be right with you!" This store was empty & I was REFUSED CUSTOMER SERVICE by this so called Manager name JIMMY FIERRIS because I am a woman of color total discrimination!

My son wanted some donuts. I would take him to a donut shop, but I needed to buy more school sacks for my kids. So I decided to go to Ralphs for convenience. They ran out of sprinkle donuts. I ask a lady who work there if they can check in the bakery if they have any more sprinkle donuts. No more until later. So my son pick out 2 pink donuts one for his baby sister Evelyn. They lady add the sprinkle on top of the two donuts and my sons eyes lid up filled with joy. I offended come here to buy the red velvet cakes very delicious all my niece and nephews love their cakes here grate prices and super friendly bakers here!!!!!! I would recommend anyone here for desert and kids. I took my son here to pick out his birthday cake. The baker announced Brandons birthday over the intercom of the store and everyone sign happy birthday to him. This Ralphs has one of the most friendly and best customer service I know!!!! I have been going to this Ralph for ever their customer service is fantastic! !!!!

The store is clean & things found to be in order in all areas, wether its in the produce or the seafood section. In some cases their price are marked higher comparing to other store but do have great sales on featured items on weekly ads. I like browsing in the seafood & meat counters it looks good, fresh & arrange very neatly. There is a saying you get what you paid for. I dont mind paying a bit more knowing Im getting great quality product. It does makes a big difference in taste once cooked. Thank you Ralphs!

Im really glad this Ralphs is open until 1am as I often do late night shopping here. The prices are a tad bit higher than normal grocery stores but the prices for their specialty foods are more competitive than theirs. Low carb yogurt costs me $1 here versus Wal-Marts $1.50. The deli is great and the bakery is the place you should go to versus anything else in the area. Lines are incredibly fast and the staff is always on par with helping and being friendly. Awesome place.

Ralphs is my favorite supermarket hands down. They have their own sushi chef who makes sushi daily. They place the sushi in a tray you can grab one on the go or ask the chef to make you your own roll. Ralphs meet and seafood they have the best selection. During the holidays great sale. The store is super clean and staff are always friendly. The bakery always give my kids treats when we come to say hi or pick up our favorite red velvet cake.

This is my usual grocery store. I shop here 2 or 3 times a week. This store is well stocked and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Prices can sometimes be high, so l recommend getting a Ralphs Club Card. You will receive coupons in the mail based on whatever items you buy. As far as grocery stores go, this one is pretty nice.

This is a huge Ralphs store. They seem to stock about everything you can think of. It is very well maintained and clean. The staff is always very pleasant and always willing to help you find anything you need. They also have awesome deals that will really lower the price of many items if you buy in small quantity. Parking is ample.

Bakery is the worst! We ordered a colossal cookie cake for a birthday/graduation. It was to have celebratory decorations on it. We picked it up and all that was on it was the writing, we had to buy extra frosting to put a border around it so it didnt look so sad.

I love this store for their root beer selection (of all things). Their chicken is the best from the deli, along with all other prepared foods. Very good quality and I love it because they are part of the Kroger chain. The store is very well maintained as well.

I have been going to Ralphs at Euclid and Chapman since 1974. Its never disappointed me except that it can be a bit pricey at times. The manager and staff are ALWAYS courteous , helpful, and respectful. Lovely store****

Terrible store on customer service, you can never find an associate when you need one. selection is decent but medium to high priced. some items in produce are for 99 cents but they make it up on other items.

Store was clean and well organized but staff was slow and mild toned throughout my questions and transactions. Dont have to love you job but atleast be happy your getting paid to stand in airconditioning.

2 employees Ralphs ask me if i pay for the bags because hes Mexican,, I did not see any other person been ask if they pay for there bags . And I go three all the time, maybe I need find some other place
