I like this place. Usually a decent selection of quality brands you would expect at a Kroger. A nice deli, good variety of flowers, and a freindly staff with an "entertaining" customer service manager dude. Everyone seems to get along great, which makes for a nice shopping experience. Now, if your expecting one of those Whole Foods or Sprouts type of stores, keep driving. Oh.. they rarely have pita bread. And that disturbs me but I deal with it. There is a Greek store down the block anyway. EDIT 9/15/17. Today I stopped by, and behold. They had pita bread!!! Also, let me edit what said about Whole Foods comparison. I like Whole Foods. But I prefer Kroger. There is a good selection of organic veggies, cerreals, snacks, milk, and other stuff. So if need something like that, then maybe Kroger has it.

Pharmacy couldnt run my insurance for a flu shot Myself and my 2 daughters..after filling out the paperwork, handed the tech both my medical and pharmacy card, she couldnt get the flu shots to run on my insurance..my medical covers the shot, I tried to tell the tech..she responds, "Maam, this is a pharmacy"..really? I myself am a pharmacy tech..repeatedly tried to tell her every other pharmacy in the area had no problems in past. She hands back my cards and told me I should get our shots where I work..I work at an oncology clinic..that wont do. She calls me after we left the property and offered to try again..I was already off property..upsetting! We did NOT get our shots here..CVS across the street happily helped us.

Weve been going to this location a few months now. Today the new store manager went above and beyond for us. He over heard us talking about something we couldnt find and offered to help. Stopped what he was doing directed us to where we might find it and made sure to check back in with us to see if we had located it. He went in the back and sure enough they had a few of what we wanted but, they werent out for regular sale. Something as simple as a tiny chocolate pie made our day. It was complimentary and he said he will do his best to bring them in the store. He didnt have to go out of his way but he did. He made me the happiest pregnant lady in Euless :).

Ive been going here for a year now and its just never gotten any better. Todays Visit was the icing on top of the cake. The cake that was misspelled and looked like the decorator was blind folded. Horrible customer service, when I asked for help the ladies looked at me like I was a problem for interrupting their conversation. Not to mention the person manning the self checkout giving me dagger eyes. Its usually just the mornings that are this bad, I havent had many problems at night or after work. But Ill drive an extra few miles for another kroger just to avoid this bad service again

I have gone to this kroger for years and havent had an issue, but lately it has been one horrible experience after another. The shelves are often missing products (empty), the products are stocked in the wrong places, food on the floor, and the produce is just awful. There use to be a manager there that was real friendly and on top of his store. I just dont know what has happened to this place. I hope they turn it around soon because the convenience is awesome but my business will go elsewhere if nothing changes.

Renee at self check out needs some time off, break or a new job.. that was the most pitiful shopping experience Ive had to date.. I spend 2 Grand a month grocery shopping and have been in sales my entire life. I know how to read people, I know good customer service and this lady with her dirty looks, lack of attention and total unwillingness to help out the customer. I was looking fwd to donating $20 to charity, however, she didnt even bother asking me

I have never had a problem w/their fresh produce...unlike walmart whos produce usually starts to go bad in 3 days. The store is always clean & organized. Anytime I have needed help or had a problem they were helpful & had a good attitude. They have a sushi area were they make the sushi & have samples. I was reluctant but my daughter & I like sushi but its expensive, so we tried it. The sushi at Kroger is good & at a price I can afford.

A friend suggested I go and sign up for the senior discount. I was told they no longer are doing that. So seniors who are signed up - okay. The rest of us seniors - too bad!!! I think this is really dumb. So instead of switching where I normally shop to get the help a senior needs, I will continue where Ive shopped for years. I think it stinks that some seniors are thought of as not deserving this. Why would I want to shop there?

The produce department fruit looked horrifying rotten soft apples. Not to mention the carts are scattered all over the parking lot. Almost hit a cart driving to the store. The card scanner never worked had to scan my card more than once. Bagger didnt store all my food in my bags had to go back to store to pickup missing items I already paid for. Please dont go to this store its one of the most unprofessional Krogers Ive ever seen.

Ive shopped at Kroger for years. New to this area and this is one of the worst stores Ive ever been too. It needs a remodel and updated to match newer Kroger stores. It was sold out of a lot and other stuff Im used to purchasing at Kroger could not be found anywhere in the store. I think my loyalty to Kroger is about to change and Ill head down the street to another grocery store.

This location is arranged very different than any other Kroger Ive been to. Its very confusing and nothing makes sense. Also, the employees like to stand in the front of the store gossiping loudly and hollering about complaints from previous customers. Ive seen this on multiple occasions. It made me feel embarrassed for the store and quite uncomfortable to be in the middle of.

I used to love this Kroger because they are clean and have a good selection. Unfortunately they decided not to remain open 24 hours like their website and signage say they are. Wasted my time twice lately because I try to shop after work which is around midnight. Had to go to freaking Wal-mart ....eewwww! Go back to 24 hour and Ill give more stars.

This Kroger seems to be possibly understaffed. There were no smaller carts to speak of. Their cashiers seem to be a little under overwhelmed. However I will say cashier Savannah rocks but her bagger kid friend didnt quite get everything where it should have been by placing soft items with hard items but overall I like the Kroger

First off, this one offers in house prepared sushi and spring rolls. Meat selection is good with enough sales to price it at or below Walmart. Take advantage of thier butcher! Produce is decent and solid, but Sprouts is very hard to beat. Staff is friendly and amazing! Overall this is a consistent store in my shopping rotation.

I was charged 3 times for same bag of tomatoes and when I explained customer service cashier (coco) my situation. instead of refunding he kept arguing...threw my grocery bags. I had to call manager and get complete refund for all the items I bought for that day. It was terrible experience. I m never going back again...
