I went to Southlake TX store and asked about transferring my 2 lines from sprint to ATT and the reason is the sim card so I can use the phone international, and been told at the store for the 2 phones I will pay $ 180 only , and I switched 2 lines to ATT, just received a bill for $333 and went to the store and talked to the manger and told me its 180 plus 40 for each line, and told him thats not what Ive been told when I switched to ATT and he went on and on about this and that, and asked what can he do about a customer been mislead to sign 2 year contract with ATT and been lie to and not told the truth and he try to blame it on a girl in the store. and I told him its a guy not a girl who sold me the lines. so I paid The amount and left. people be a ware of what the tell you and what they sell you. going to pay the cancelation fee and go some where else. lie is a lie.

I walked in this store ar 2pm on 04/29/14, ready to buy an Ipad and change my service plan. I stood there why a girl with glasses and long long side burns was helping a retired couple (who were not going get it anyways) with their ipad. It is really the job of AT&T to train people on how to use IOS? Its made so anyone can understand. She brought someone from the back to help. I waited, waited, waited, waited....30 plus minutes right in the middle of the open floor and tried to get the attention of 3 different employees and they all walked passed me as if I was not there. Then the girl with glasses walked the retirees to their car? Then after patently waiting, she walks right past me. Then to come to find out after waiting so long that I needed a number? The young girl taking the numbers had ignored me when I walked in. Out of anger I stormed out.

I upgraded to a new Moto X(2nd Gen) and a Moto 360 was offered at 99¢. The only reason I upgraded to this phone. I was told the watch would be shipped to my home in about 2-3 days so then a week and a half later I received an Email saying it was backordered. Im think no big deal patients for a primo product like this would be okay. I received a Email today that the Watch has been Discontinued. I tried calling the store to see what I could do and the phone rang and rang and rang. No Answer. So I called Customer service and was on the phone with them for an hour and a half just to have them tell me that I would have to take the phone to the store to switch it out for something else but would have to pay a restocking fee and other charges.... Now I have to go back to this store waste another 3 hrs of my life to give them back a phone I dont want!!!

Katrina who helped me with my questions was extremely friendly and answered all my questions perfectly. The place wasnt crowded at all.....so you can safely assume that people complaining about service came in during the weekend when it is expected to obviously be more busy than weekdays. You cant really get mad at them for not being able to get to you when they actually are busy servicing people who came in ahead of you. Anyways, my experience was great.

I went to the store because I had a problem with my bill on a iPad mini I had bought at the store. I was registered in line as I walked into the door and waited about 5 minutes for a rep to get free to serve me. Michael was very nice and able to tell me exactly what I should do. It took about 5 minutes to resolve my issue. I was very pleased that things seem to be better at this store than some of the older reviews.

This was our third time coming in to this store to deal with what has been an absolutely disaster of a switch to T Mobile. Even though we werent able to resolve our problems yet, Zach was absolutely amazing and more helpful than anyone weve encountered so far, probably combined. He was unbelievably patient and did everything he could to help us. I wish every employee was half as helpful as him.

I walked in and no one acknowledged me. I asked the lady at the counter for help and she said "Ill be with you in just moment." That moment never came as two people who came in after me got attended. After 20 minutes of waiting I finally got to speak to a rep. Not the most welcoming AT&T Ive been too.

The wait time is much better when you call ahead! Wish I had known this before, but now the hassle of getting a new phone is greatly reduced by not waiting in line. Sales people are really friendly here, David didnt try to upsell me, but took care of everything I needed.

Walked in. Were told to wait. 15 minutes later I asked someone for help and they simply told me they were busy. Later on though Juan helped me and he was awesome. So essentially this place blows but Juan rocks.

The phone line is a joke and just to talk to someone in the store you have to wait 30 to 45 min. All of the stores in this area need more staff
