I went to this ATT location to upgrade my Iphone after I had issues getting it upgraded at Best Buy. I had already paid up my phone but Best Buy could not see that in their system so ATT customer service sent me to the ATT store. Their manager was unbelievably rude. He tried to give me a spill about how I might have to wait until the next billing cycle to upgrade even though I had already paid for the upgrade. I was currently on the phone with ATT customer service at the time and she said no that was not true. He then said no I never said that and went on to tell me that would only be the case if I did not have a unified account. I told him that customer service on the phone was saying otherwise and he advised me to leave and come back when I was more calm. I was NOT yelling. But somehow when a female gets a stern tone we need to be told to leave "apparently". It was ATTs fault that I was irritated in the first place. Thanks but no thanks. Not only will I NEVER buy my phone from ATT EVER but I am considering canceling my service all together. That includes 5 phone lines and direct TV service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

This place is horrible! Just kidding, I only said that because it seems that everyone loves to feed off the negativity in the world rather than be happy they have the money to even walk in a store like this to purchase ANYTHING. All im saying is....you are not the only one in this world that loves attention, we all do....BUT, sometimes there may be more customers than staff members, ITS NOT THEIR FAULT! And by the way, I called and made an appointment to see someone and I got right in, TRY IT, IT JUST MIGHT SUIT YOUR VERY IMPORTANT BUSY LIFE! Now, quit crying about having to wait too long and give credit where credit is due, the staff members are eager to make money, therefore they are eager to get you in and out so they can get to the next customer....but I have NEVER walked out of this store and felt like the salesperson didnt do their job well or didnt make me feel comfortable with my new device.

Went to take my note 7 back says just to bring the phone back. They wouldnt return it they said I had to have the box and all the stuff including the charger. Nothing I got said I had to take the whole box back and stuff. Even when I called them they told me to only take the phone back two times. I went back in the store to try talk to the manager same crap. Told them well I guess if it burns down my car or house your gonna be responsible, they said no samsung is. Called AT&T spoke to Chris he said there is nothing in Samsung return policy about box or stuff with it they should had took the phone out of my hand and gave me a replacement right then. AT&T said they want the phone out of customers hands immediately and so does Samsung. Told me to go back to the store, so another 37 miles over and back

This location sold me a defective screen protector and would not replace it when it popped off the day after I purchased it. I even had the salesman install the protector in case something like this happened. The assistant manager at this location refused to replace it and advised me to send it to the manufacturer. I reminded him that I have been a customer for over 11 years and would be willing to cancel all of my services. He then pointed me to the sales representative and asked him to help me cancel everything and walked off. All over a $38 screen protector. WOW!

Ive been to this store 3 times. Terrible service and always long wait time. First time I went was to return an item that was shipped to me (wrong item was shipped). They couldnt do anything about it and insisted i go online. This was over a car charger. My wife spoke to customer service over the phone and they said we could go to store. So she went and they were still rude. A year later, we went back to this store to buy a car charger. We waited 30 minutes and ended up just leaving. This is unacceptable! Zero stars if I could.

Im only rating this just because of the sells guy or the other sells reps ( cant remeber the first guys name or the others I asked total of 4 people ) did not know the specs of the phones and features (witchs is not much) for a tech is resolution of the screen( or estimated resolution), Ram, CPU, and what type of CPU, and they all did not know any of those at all is ridiculous. I mean come on for business you should know the products you are selling. But no one knew the specs and whats best for me.

I really dont see how the other reviews were negative, since I had an AWESOME experience! There were 10 people ahead of me, but I waited to what amounted to about 10 minutes. That tells you their service was fast and efficient. I had a very friendly AT&T service rep help me upgrade to the new iphone 5S, and he was warm and friendly. He even opened the door and said "goodbye" and "have a good day" to me. If I could given more than 5 stars, I would have! +++A Service!

By far the worst service Ive ever received was at this location. The girl at the door was very friendly and quickly put my name into the queue for a sales rep. I informed her upfront that I would be purchasing a phone today. Three times I had to have my name re-added to the queue as they passed over it without finding me. Apparently they dont care too much for commission. I went home and ordered online. If you know what you want, just order online or over the phone.

I went there today and when I entered the lady working said we will be right with you. I sat down and other people came in as well. I noticed she sent associates to help other guest. I sat and waited patiently. Long story short I was not helped until I had to approach an associate on my own to get service. The associate Caitlin was very helpful.

I have had some issues with att over the years but this location by far has been the best experience Ive had with the company. They were courteous and helpful in every way. Chris Reyes was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure it was a positive experience.

I tend to visit this location non - peak times to avoid the long wait other have reported. There are multiple staff on hand with no wait time. I assume the sales people are commission based pay based on the "Hungry" level of service provided, meaning the sales people are very attentive. Ample parking.

This is my home store .Every time Ive had an issue with my service sand come to this location,I always walk away satisfied.They greet you at the door and immediately assign you a person and tell you how long they estimate the wait if any will be.
