Was checking out a computer in the store and the rep said "Sir can you not read my email?" Was kinda ugly about it. I wasnt reading her email, plus why was her email on a computer in the store where people shop? Was able to get help but it would be nice if these reps were more friendly.

Went in today to just buy a charger cable stood at the register with my card out and was completely ignored and skipped for 15 minutes! Even said" Hey can you help me?" still ignored. Put the cable down and left. Worst customer service experience i have had in years. Dont shop here.
