This place is Great!! It is what it is folks! Its a SuperStore... they do not have a lot of "customer service staff", sure the stock their shelves for us. Have any of you been to their website? they dont handle their inventory like other stores... why else do you think you can find such good stuff at such low prices... The people are great, yes, when they are able to help you. I for one will continue to shop here... part of the fun is the hunt for the item, let alone spending hours just browsing with my bride... We love it...

1st time to visit & was very shocked that there wasnt anyone to help, unless you went to the very front. Never was acknowledged we were in the store & were shopping for about an hour & a half. And very shocked at approaching register, new cashier was on a personal call on his watch and didnt even attempt to get off until we were at the counter. Customer Service just isnt a priority anymore....very shocking. Store inventory was wonderful.

Great place to shop for unique home decor. The prices tend to go from cheap to pricy and the quality of the products can be questionable at times (even though I have a chair thats lasted a long time from here). Customer service is nearly nonexistent here, and sections of the store can go from organized to a complete mess (though it tends to lean towards organized mess).

It is Sunday and all I want to know is the store hours...the website does NOT tell you. I called the (972) number which is NOT a working number...the (817) number answers and HANGS UP!! I tried calling 27 times.... Very poor business practices. I will NOT bother to drive over to this store if this is the way they treat their customers in N. Richland Hills.

Lousy business phone recording! A waste of time calling for information about pricing or product availability. Rating of "minus10" for customer appeal or accomodation. Youre given no option except to come look all over their huge store - and maybe youll find what you want, maybe you you wont. They dont appear to care.

Prices are reasonable. The store us huge! I wish they provided handicap shopping carts for people like me, who are unable to walk for a long time; due to a disability/injury. Other than that, I really like the store.

My wife and I bought a rug here. Tried to exchange it after 28 days and they would not allow it. It was in like new condition.The manager was a real negative person was not friendly at all. We will not be coming back.

Went to buy a bedframe and ended up with a broken one, I went to exchange it and again brought home another broken one. They also charged me for both frames. The one I returned and the one I exchanged it for.

I dont like the fact that you cannot speak to anyone in person when you call thier main line. It is all automated and are unable to inquire about anything. For this fact alone, I will give them one star.

Bad experience bought futon mattress. I never go back this place. I ask to cashier before checking out she said you have 60 days return policy. Get home and look at receipt they said cant return

I just want to know the store hours, which arent on the website. The phone rings two or three times and hangs up. Are they so cheap they cant have a recording of their hours? Ridiculous.

This store has truly gone downhill. No longer worth a drive to get there. Only go if you are in the neighborhood. Exceptional: garden furniture and at Christmas go for decorations.
