This target has the worst customer service ever. Some of the people that work in there is just sad. they treat people wrong. stuff is never in stock. They restocked stuff cant tell you how many times a bought an item from this store and stuff was missing out of it. I think its time to clean house in that target. Then theres a girl at customer service that lies all the time I came in a 2 weeks ago and what I bought was missing something I exchanged again and it was missing something else but she reassured that everything was in there and told me she not going today. I wasnt going to write this but aside from the bad service I received from a cashier. I couldnt help but get reminded of what happens and goes on in this target. Im telling you this target needs a clean sweep. Always have problems coming in here. lm starting to think its discrimination. Being Mexican. Ive seen better heads on a screwdriver then the heads I meet in here that work here.Never coming back to this stupid target and will be telling others about the poor service here to. My friend tells me this target gives her problems and doesnt shop here anymore. Now I see what shes talking about. Shame on that target for hiring such ungrateful people I would never have those type of people working in my store. no maam. be fired in a hot second.

The selection is pretty good. The qaulity...(minus the produce department, i dont know who the heck they have in there but they DO NOT rotate produce out in a timely manner. Molding lemons and grapes. Mold on the peppers. I worked in produce before, its not that hard to get on the floor and ROTATE THAT CRAP OUT) is good. Service is so so. I get pretty aggitated when someone trys and charge me twice for one item. No honey, i have one item, you need to take one of those off. The carelessness with the things i buy, as they bag is really annoying. For instance. The cupcakes. My little girl loves the worms in dirt cupcakes and EVERY FREAKING TIME, the CARELESS bagger tosses them in the bag and the cupcakes get ruined. Im paying $6.00 for two darn cupcakes, please atleast keep them in tack. Or say youre sorry when you SCREW them up!! They always seem bothered by me wanting to use my cart wheel..really..now, some of the employees are great. Super sweet, super helpful and nice but honestly im seeing those few individuals less and less. Lots of new people always. Meh. This location needs to step up. Its Target, we pay for and expect more.

I only come here for my glasses. In a time where separation is at an all time high, there has not been one time, in the three times weve come, me and my mother have entered this store have we ever been greeted, acknowledged, and quite recently were followed like we were suspicious. We were watched very closely, but even still, not a word was spoken to acknowledge us. But we watched these very employees pick and choose who to greet. And if you guessed they were the same skin color as the employees, youd be right. Ill continue to go through you guys for glasses and contacts, but absolutely nothing else. Black people do not seem to be welcomed here at all. And on a side note, we came with over 5,000 dollars to this store looking to buy clothes, makeup, and electronics. We waited in electronics for help getting a camera, game console, and TV and your employees ignored us, talked among each other while watching us, and walked away to help others that werent even in this area. Great way to lose money.

Dont even try using their online purchase option for store pick up!! Order wasnt right, told by manager the item wasnt in store or any surrounding store. So guess what? I walked back to the pharmacy area, got my item, went back to pickup area and asked for manager. No one came. So i left. Barely an apology, if you can call it that. They all act like they dont know whats going on. Will be doing Walmarts Site to Store pick up from now on. They have never screwed an order yet! Oh, and the employee who told me it wasnt available in store (even though their website allowed me to select store pick up today) was the manager. Yep, he even claimed he went and searched for it. How is it that a chstomer had to go find a product i had already purchased online and receives an email confirming its ready to pick up, but the MANAGER couldnt do it?????

The employees are amazing. Super friendly and super nice. They are helpful and never judge. I usually use an electric cart and they are super caring. I usually go to the pharmacy when I go here, have been for a couple years and even though I dont live close to them I will still go to this target because there are so amazing. The pharmacy staff is super helpful and very caring to each and every person. Everyone who steps through the front doors to work here is just wonderful. When one of the electric carts dont work they do everything they can to help you out. 99% of the time every time I go, multiple times a month there is always carts for disabled people to use.

Oh my lord where to begin customer service on store ground at this location are incompetent lying and manipulative they treat people like criminals and I will never shop there again last year my total money spend in their store from all my 2015 receipts was $16,941.38 my wife left a bag of goods bought in the store behind at register 6 2 nights ago we called they found the items at the register which were paid for already having a copy of our receipt my wife went in the following morning but and waited over an hour and five minutes for 16 year old kids and thug wannabes to tell her to come back and get a answer as to what they did with my stuff

Is this store doing some sort of weird pilot program or something? I went on vacation and when I came back, the dishes, small kitchen appliances, and the like were in the center of the store surrounded by the clothing. WHAT??? WHY??? And they just finished "remodeling" the cafe. Now instead of well laid out seating and really interesting art on the wall, there are chairs everywhere and nowhere to push a cart full of kids wanting an ICEE. Plus the walls are a super boring taupe color; I miss the art already. Not to mention the totally disgusting pretzel with soggy bits and a chunk missing. Gross.

i buy makeup at target, they have a good brand and for cheap but today buying make you was followed by every single employee as if I was going to steal something, at first I didnt mind it because its their job and I work in retail so I know how stores can be with stolen merchandise but the whole time I was there some young girl kept following me and whispering to all the other employees as she did that all started at me. Very uncomfortable I dropped my basket on the floor and walked away. Never again, Ill prefer driving to another target then coming here again. (I live 2 minutes away)
