I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I took my phone in when it was not working. They replaced it with a remanufactured one and did not transfer my pictures correctly (they did not download the phone memory). Apparently my phone had stored all of the pictures on the device instead othe the memory card. I lost a funeral, my daughters first high school banquet and a biology project that is due next week all due to them not transferring it correctly (I could not download the pictures because of a bad port). They sent the bad phone out the same day and by the time I realized the pictures were gone they told me I was out of luck. I spent two hours on the phone with the store, Sprint Corporate and Asurion (the company that remanufactures them) trying to track where they sent the phone, they were of NO HELP. This local store did not even offer to try to see where it was sent or do any of the leg work. They are a bunch of apologizers that are not focused to really try to solve a problem. They are only trained to say " i am sorry for your loss and inconvenience". They are not trained to go beyond the words on the training card! Yeah, I am sorry you lost all of the pictures of your dear aunts funeral, so you think you can retake them. Morons! ( I must give a nice note to Demetrius in Sprint Corporate Tech Support. He tried very hard to help me. He gave me the serial number and numbers of where it might have gone. He did not just blow me off like the actual Sprint Store in Southlake did.)

If you are a business traveler internationally or travel for leisure and need data set up Sprint is not for you!!! I went into the store requesting assistance setting up my data and phone for an upcoming trip and was handed a Xerox print out with a number. After spending 40 minutes on hold I was told I did not have the correct log in information and to go to my local Sprint store. I called back to the Southlake store and requested a manager. After being on hold for 30 minutes Wes quickly announced that he thought I was another store on hold and he would have an sales associate help me. Waited yet again for another 15 minutes to be told there was nothing they could do I could only get assistance through the 800 number. After one final wait to speak to Wes again, he was rude and completely exasperated at my request for assistance getting my data set up for international travel. He also reiterated that that customer service gave me false information and the only thing to do was call the 1800 number again.SERIOUSLY? I have now wasted over 21/2 hours and still cant get my data initiated .Switching back to ATT after my trip. Hoping Wess manager reads this because he clearly needs to go back through management training.

Ive spent a lot of time in this Sprint store because my company gave me a Palm Pre. I have now had three different Pre handsets that all failed on me. Each time a Pre failed (and each time it threatened to fail) I went to the Southlake Town Square Sprint store and received great attention and a personal connection to the technicians who looked at my phones. As a geek and a gadget enthusiast its very encouraging to hear the technicians talk about the specs and hard facts about your phone. The greatest experience I had at this store was when, after my third Pre failed, the Assistant Manager of the store swapped it out for an HTC Hero. He knew I was very frustrated with not being able to take my work calls and he knew I was frustrated with continually spending hours and hours driving to the store, waiting for them to look at my Pres and then just having it replaced. I really appreciate the unique attention they provided to me. They met the needs of my circumstances and were kind and courteous the whole time.

Muy conforme con el servicio que me proporcionaron Carlos, Manuel y el resto del staff. Han respondido amablemente mis preguntas y pronta solución. Es muy gratificante saber q esta localidad tenga empleados bilingües y con excelente disposición en atender en ambos idiomas ( español e Inglés) gracias por su tiempo.

i took my phone in for a softwear problem and the tek with the flat top shattered my scroll weal and cracked my case in several places , and told me that i brought it in that way,,, and this is after waiting there for 3 hours, i had to call corperate to get it resolved,,, and call my store in houston to get it taken care of(my store said they would take care of me if not resolved) no body should ever go there tec support called the store and they said i was never there but i made them give me the service ticket, another time tec support called they said i had water damage,, the store does not hold there employees accountable do not go to this store ..

If I could give 0, I would...horrible customer service, horrible cell service...was with verizon for 8 years but fell for the $ 125 to switch and NEVER received it...WTH?!?! I'd be better off a string and 2 cans attached!! Next day...waited for fedex to deliver the phone that was promised because the replacement was defective...never arrived and was told by Sprint they had one at the store...but it want there yesterday?? Shady business, reps don't know inventory, manager out all week and unable to reach district or regional manager. DON'T SWITCH/SIGN...u will regret it!!!

Have been Sprint customer with cell service for 22 YEARS! Went to upgrade my iPhone 5 to 6 at Apple store. Husband didnt want to switch phones he is due for upgrade. Im not due for 2 months. Sprint WOULD NOT LET APPLE UPGRADE MY PHONE W HIS #. Said I had to go to Sprint store. After had Apple Assoc on phone with 3 depts. for over an hour!. Drove all around Town Square finally found it after 30 min. buried under the parking structure AND IT CLOSED AT 8 PM Fri night. Going to wait 2 months and dump these dopes. Not trying very hard for a loyal customer. Coverage lousy anyway. :(((

Retail Consultant Cale Lofland helped my wife and me with our purchase of two Samsung Galaxy S7 telephones today. Cale explained the costs of the purchase to us clearly, set up the new phones, and successfully transferred the data from our old phones to the new ones. Shortly after we left the store, he followed up with an e-mail message thanking us for our business and inviting us to contact him with any questions we might have in the future. From beginning to end, we were quite impressed by Cales technical knowledge and his excellent customer service. Great job, Cale!

Awesome!! I came in around seven and they stayed late to help me set up my phone and tablet. Whitney was the person who helped me originally and she was so sweet and kind. Very energetic. Then Kale helped me set up my tablet and he had synced it so ALL of my stuff was there and set up for me. I seriously just turned it on and began playing with it. Then when I came to pick up my phone in the morning, Jarvis was there and he figured out whatever was stopping my old company from releasing my number so I could get going. This team was seriously awesome and so helpful.
