Negative Star! Beware ordering online. FTD screwed up next Saturday delivery & sent 4 days late. Upgraded order from middle grade to best grade. What was received however was worst grade. Promised to be delivered after 3 pm. Flowers were left at 1:30pm on doorstep in winter (March)! I tried to get FTD to let me send them photos. At first FTD & The Little Flower Shop wanted to pick up flowers & redo. My response was simple. How could I trust them & I will be glad to have flowers waiting for them on doorstep. I demanded a full refund! FTD wouldnt give me name of shop, luckily their card was included. FTD will also get this same review.

First let me say that The Little Flower is not open on Saturdays and Sundays for we spend those days with family. Promises made by others in our name are not promises made by The Little Flower. We are family owned and operated and take pride in all that we do and in helping make others happy.
