We used this florist for my uncles funeral arrangement in April and the arrangement was beautiful - however - when my aunt passed the following month - I contacted the florist to submit a similar arrangement to the same funeral home (essentially an identical order). They were given the date, location, all information - because it was after the Memorial Day holiday - I called the day before and left a message to confirm the delivery for the next day and for them to contact me with any questions - I heard nothing so assumed everything was on track However - when we arrived at the funeral home for the viewing - no arrangement was there. I called the florist the following morning - and the immediate response was "Oh - that was yesterday - we forgot" -- to me this was inexcusable as this is the profession of the the florist So - our experience with the arrangement for the first funeral - they were beautiful - but to forget an arrangement on something as simple and clear is very concerning - they essentially offered to throw something together to deliver to the grave but we declined and chose to make a charitable donation in her honor - but the fact remains that this was extremely embarrassing since we had sent an arrangement for her husband but nothing for her

So disappointed in the flowers I received from this shop. They were ordered from 1-800-Flowers and this was the shop associated with my area. The first time they were delivered, the roses were completely opened and were drooping by the next day. I called 1-800-Flowers immediately upon their delivery and placed a complaint. The florist called me the next day and said she could not redeliver until Saturday (this was Wednesday). She told me they would be delivered at noon. After waiting around for 3.5 hours on Saturday, they were finally delivered at 3:30 pm. Again, the roses were completely opened and the arrangement was half the size of the original! I have placed another complaint with 1-800-Flowers but I would not encourage anyone to order from this shop. Again, extremely disappointing and such poor customer service.

This shop is honestly wonderful; the quality of the flowers were fresh and impressive, so vibrant and healthy looking, and the people on the staff design certain flowers together and made an elaborate flower design for me for a wedding. The design was absolutely lovely, and received many compliments during the event. I also have used them before for a birthday, and as always was so happy about the quality and the reliability. I highly recommend this shop for those looking for excellent flowers for any function.

I ordered flowers for as a surprise for my moms birthday and let me say I definitely got brownie points for the best daughter lol. They asked for my moms number to call her if she wasnt home, but I told them I wanted this to be a complete surprise and they suggested that they will just call me if no one is at home. I asked them if they could record my mom receiving the flowers and they sent me a video of my mom answering the door, and let me say the best 20 seconds that have ever been recorded hahahaha.

I have used University Flower Shoppe for floral arrangements for two work events, a summer picnic and a holiday party. In both cases, the center pieces were beautiful, and the shop worked with my budget to make sure that I got the most for my $. I have been very, very happy with University Flower Shoppe. I called University Flowers, to order a flowers for a funeral service. I felt like the arrangement was more than what I expected, and looked beautiful! The only down fall would be the heavy accent of the lady who took the order, it took a while to get what I wanted on the card, correct. She was still very nice. I would use them again.

This place is the worst and irresponsible flower shop ever. THEY FORGOT TO DELIVER FLOWERS ON VALENTINES DAY. Not only they just casually forgot about my order, they were rude about it. If I were you I wouldnt go thought this irresponsible and horribly managed staffed company.

My boyfriend sent a flower arrangement for Valentines Day and it arrived with more than 50% of the flowers bruised or wilted. Two days later all of the roses were dead. I like supporting local businesses but would go somewhere else next time.

This is a really great shop. Very happy with quality of flowers and the designers choice are always so beauitiful. Always impressed and very reliable, Ive used this shop for many years and plan to continue that way.
