I would never recommend using this florist. I actually placed my order through 1-800-FLOWERS, who by the way are great. The used this florist and when the bouquet was delivered there was already one dead flower. All things considered, that would be fine, but the next day two more died and 3 are now wilted. I spent $70 on an arrangement and felt this was unacceptable. 1-800-FLOWERS apologized and said the order would be redelivered. The only problem is that Montgomery Village Florist called my wife and said they would not redeliver unless we had every flower. Unfortunately we threw away the dead flower when it arrived on the delivery date - lets be real here, who wouldnt! Now they wont redeliver because we cant give them every flower back, even after a conversation with my wife and me. Customer service is terrible and although the flowers that were alive looked nice, dont expect them all to be alive on delivery and to stay alive for any period of time. The silver lining here is that 1-800-FLOWERS is finding another local florist to deliver the arrangement. I think they are great, but Montgomery Village Florist has some things to learn about customer service, oh, and putting together a live floral arrangement. :)

I recieved a delivery notice on Wednesday and was told I could pick up the flowers the next day. I went by there at 5:30 pm on Thursday and it was closed. I left a message at that time and my mother left another message the next day (Friday). Its Saturday evening and still no phone call or flowers. This was placed through 1-800-FLOWERS and I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. When someone did I explained the problem and was automatically placed back on hold with no acknowledgment for an additional 15 minutes. What a rip off!!!! I advised the person who sent these to get a refund. I would never do business with 1-800-FLOWERS or Montgomery Village Florist and Ill be sure to let as many other people know as possible.

Received a half dead, LATE arrangement from them for Mothers Day. They couldnt be bothered to return my calls or the calls of the person who placed the order despite their website boasting a satisfaction guarantee. Buyer beware. The red flag is the spelling and grammar on the page, and no person who works for the company actually answering any of the calls. Edit: they finally answered my call and said they had to come to pick up the flowers to issue a refund. Two weeks later... no refund, but I saw their driver came to pick up the flowers...

The service was unparalleled. I was looking for a tasteful arrangement for my mother-in-law that went beyond the standard red roses. Instead, they asked what her favorite color is and they designed a beautiful custom arrangement with a purple theme using lilacs and added a lavender Yankee candle. I send a lot of flowers each year, but I never had a go-to flower shop. Ive finally found it! =)

My husband ordered flowers for me from this place a week before our anniversary. On the day of the delivery they called to tell us they wont be delivering the flowers. The roses just turned up today and they were left on the doorstep..some of the roses have broken stems. Basically this company just doesnt care about its customers or providing a good service.

I was sent a floral arrangement by my mom for my birthday. First, they sent the wrong arrangement, then they asked for me to give the wrong arrangement back so they could deliver the correct one. So I can only assume theyre reselling that arrangement that has been on my desk (not in a fridge) for 35 hours. I wouldnt order from them again.
