I got everything that was promised and then some! I have to say that the customer service experience was exceptional. I checked several florists in the area and the value that this place offered was second to none. That being said, the flowers for our wedding were absolutely perfect! The guests were really astounded when we saw the centerpieces and bouquets. The arrangements were unique, sophisticated, and beautiful. The person who designed our arrangements was definitely a genius when it came to the floral decorations. Everyone there helped us put together great arrangements based upon our overall vision. These arrangements were so perfect that my mother took pictures! I would highly recommend Twinbrook Floral Design to anyone and we will definitely work with them again for our next special occasion. The team was accommodating and super patient with us. They even gave us some tips and advice for other aspects of our wedding planning process. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! My family and I couldn’t be happier with the way these flower arrangements came out.

When I first started the process of looking for flowers for my wedding, I really only knew the color scheme I wanted and the type of look I wanted. I didnt know much about flowers or specific types I wanted in the arrangements. I just knew I wanted something very elegant looking. The people at Twinbrook really understood my vision and were able to pull actual flowers into arrangements on the spot to show me how theyd look together (which I found very helpful). The day of my wedding, my bouquet of calla lilies was exquisite, the bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres were perfect, and the table arrangements were gorgeous. I got compliments all evening on the flowers from my guests with many of them saying they were the most beautiful theyd ever seen at a wedding. My only regret was that I wasnt fast enough with picking up arrangements off the table (before my guests got to them) at the end of the night to enjoy one a bit longer. I would recommend Twinbrook Floral Design to anyone looking for gorgeous flower arrangements for a wedding or any other occasion.

HORRIBLE!! You pay an obscene amount of money for flowers for a special occasion then dont get them delivered. I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday. The delivery guy calls after leaving my house and not leaving the flowers saying no one was home. I call back and say just leave the flowers on the porch like every other floral delivery Ive ever had to my house. They said too late and try to make it out to be my fault. They say it was "too cold" (it was 45 degrees, hardly an Arctic chill) and every other excuse. So, bottom line, my wife is out of luck for her birthday. But theyll be happy to dump the already day-old flowers off the next day. I dont want them. I went out to a local florist that was opened late and got her the flowers she deserved on her birthday, not one, two, four days later. But heaven forbid theyd provide a refund. Plenty of options for floral delivery in the area. Avoid 1-800-Flowers and Twinbrook. Just not reliable.

They posted an ad for a Floral Assistant, with the phone number to call for more information. I called, and was told that, "...they dont want to talk to anyone, just send a resume, they dont post their phone number." What? Its right there in the ad, and I didnt even get a chance to speak with the person whose name is listed as the contact. Their reviews for service are very mixed, and realized that when I was thinking about working for them. But no, would not want to work for such a rude company that lies to you about how they posted their ad, and slams you before you can even speak with them. Imagine how they treat their employees and customers. They need to go back to Customer Service 101. Their loss in not even trying to sort out why the ad invited potential employees to spend a minute on the phone with them.

Twinbrook Floral Design made my florist hunt quick and easy. They helped me pick out the perfect bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. I walked into their shop knowing everything except for what type of bouquet I wanted as a bride. They showed me pictures and ideas and then told me about this beautiful orchid bouquet they could make for me. I had never seen anything like it and instantly fell in love! The price was realistic, compared with some other florists I consulted, and the Twinbrook team made sure I was happy each and ever time I left the store or got off the phone. I got compliments all night long about the beautiful flowers. Karen and Margaret made my day beautiful and I am so happy that I chose them to do my flowers.

Twinbrook Floral Design provided the ceremony flowers for my daughters recent wedding. With less than three weeks until the wedding I met with Margaret and shared my daughters vision for her colorful bouquet featuring purple and blues. Margaret quickly put together a sample bouquet which she photographed so we could e-mail it to my daughter who lived out of state. The staff at Twinbrook kept in touch and made sure we were satisfied with the final choices for our order. Everyone was thrilled with the wedding flowers. This was the only florist that really understood my vision for my flowers. I wanted the bouquets to be very whimsical and look as if I had walked into a meadow/garden and just picked a bouquet on the spot. They took the time to understand my budget (which was not very high) and pulled out flowers that they thought would go well with my vision. The entire thing turned out better than I could have imagined and I was so pleased! I went to several other places, including Karens Florist in Vienna, and Twinbrook was the only one that got my vision and helped me to stay within my budget. Thank you so much Twinbrook Florist!

Twinbrook was absolutely unbelievable to work with. I received endless praise on how gorgeous my flowers were and they were more than a joy to work with. I honestly couldnt recommend them more. They did everything perfectly and worked hard to make sure everything went off without a hitch, including calling all of my locations ahead of time to discuss logistics. And the flowers, wow. The arrangement that I received 2 days ago is already wilting. Twinbrook refused to correct the problem since it was a 1-800Flowers order even tho they were responsible for the quality of the order!!!! Will never use them again... 1-800Flowers sent me a new arrangement from a different florist and it is much better!!!

My boyfriend sent me flowers for Christmas and some of the flowers didnt open - I was disappointed so I called Twin Brook Florist and the manager offered to send a replacement arrangement right away! She was so nice to deal with and professional. I highly recommend this florist for top notch customer service.
