This is not my first time I have ordered from Edible Arrangements, in fact I have ordered from multiple stores over the US and this has been my first unprofessional experience with this "Brand" and it should be set in stone. I ordered the 12 ct. Dipped strawberries for this Mothers Day (not very complicated) and had my sister go to pick up the order for 1:00pm only to have her sit around waiting for an hour FOR 12 DIPPED STRAWBERRIES! If I wasnt on the other side of the US I would have done this myself for the fraction of the price but unfortunately I am unable to. The price they charge for this service doesnt live up to the exceptions of its customers, but I understand the convenience of the service but what is the point of convenience if you cannot have the order read on time! Will not be ordering from this store and I note this is probably why they have another store not even a mile down the road.

I placed a order in April and stated to be delivered before 2 pm.......for May 12th called was put on hold someone spoke with the manager and stated my order should arrive 10-15 min @ 2 well 45 mins later no order, called again and the dont guarantee delivery time OK why didnt someone tell me this when i placed the order, or even when i call the first time...oh they have temps working thats what the guy told me the 2nd call.....WILL NEVER PLACE A ORDER WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

It was aweful ordered my nephew a arrangement for his 13th birthday party, way over priced for what you get. The fruit was bad on the 2nd day very disappointed. Charged like $80 you can go buy your own fruit and dip in chocolate for under $20 bucks. Would not recommed to anyone save your money & do it yourself.

Literally watched the delivery girl drive away from my house, conveniently after 5 pm so there was no way to call for them to come back. It was ordered as a birthday present, and this ordeal ended up ruining the entire evening.

I ordered an arrangement for my boyfriend before noon today and the staff guaranteed my delivery would arrive before 5pm. My boyfriend received it well past 5pm. I will never order from this store again.
