I have been a customer of this location (Not by choice due to my location) since 2012 or later. I give them plenty of my business and I really HATE the fact that this location is the only one in my area who does deliveries in the west end. They typically deliver on the date that I request and the delivery driver is usually pretty kind. I have had many instances where tiny bugs were found in my bouquets or the arrangement was room temperature to warm. The customer service is AWFUL. Usually, it is the same lady (middle-aged or so) who answers and she is the worst to deal with. No customer service skills, no shred of kindness or happiness in her voice. She sounds miserable to be there. They need an owner/management/employee overhaul because they are terrible to deal with. I love edible arrangements but HATE this short pump location.

Young man was very nice taking order. Offered to dip strawberries in chocolate throughout arrangement. Verified with him a second time prior to hanging up and he guaranteed they would be. Arrangement delivered - no chocolate. Called store back and was told employee stated I didnt want to pay up-charge...which was never an option given for me. Given an opportunity to make a decision I would have chosen a different arrangement. They offered to deliver 6 chocolate dipped strawberries to make it right. Seriously!! I spent almost $75!!! I currently have a claim against this store. Waiting to see if the company will make this right. Do not use this store, I do understand why the prior reviews are 1/5.

I have ordered a few times, the customer service could improve. I called today to make an adjustment to an order. Someone picked up the phone and immediately hung the phone up. I called a minute later and someone answered and put me on hold forever. I called back and the answering machine came on. All this happened during normal business hours.The owner really needs to invest more into the people who are being hired and are more customer service centered. I do a lot of business through edible arrangements, I think this is a great product, however, I am going to bring my business to the Main Street location. That location even calls you when your order is delivered.

The service is terrible, there is no guarantee of delivery time, and when I them to give me an estimated time of delivery, I was told "We close at 6:00p.m.". After asking numerous questions trying to get more information on my order, the clerk then decided to pull up my account. She then stated "your order hasnt even been made yet". I cancelled immediately. I asked when I could expect the refund, and the clerk replied, "I dont know", it goes immediately in our computer. I would not suggest using this location. I cannot report on other locations in Richmond, but Im not even going to "test" them, based on our 1st (and last) experience with them!

This Edible Arrangements has some of the worst follow through and delivery. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for Valentines day and it never made it to its destination by the promised delivery time. I called and called and my phone calls went unanswered until about 7PM (2 hours after their "latest" business delivery time), and the clerk waived the delivery charge and PROMISED that the arrangement would be delivered by 12 noon the following day. Here it is 1PM and the arrangement was NEVER delivered and again nobody will pick up the phone. I will be complaining to the corporate office about this franchise and their piss poor service!

This place is utterly ridiculous. I placed an order at 8am that has been out for delivery since 12p. The delivery address closes at 4p I called this location twice to advised them of this. First a young lady assured me that the delivery will be made at 3:30. It is now 3:50p and still no delivery. So I call back and this time I get an extremely rude male. He advises to have the individual to pick up their arrangement in the parking lot, because they wont re deliver. After I spent 14.00$ in delivery. Customer service sucks dont waste your money here. Spend else where seriously regretting this purchase.

Ive found it difficult in the past to order from other Edible Arrangements in other cities. Not all were bad experiences. But this store in Short pump has Great Customer Services skills and Good Personalities that always help me through completing my orders. They helped me find that right Arrangements for my Occasion and everything went smoothly. I was also given $5 off of my order. When the Arrangement arrived, the person that I sent it to was ecstatic. Saying it looked just like on t.v Great Experience. I will gladly recommend this Edible arrangements location.

This shop ran out if ink at the beginning of the week yet didnt reprint card for my arrangement. My receiptant had to call to find out who sent her the gift. Called the store and was told it was the managements fault for not being around. These arrangements are expensive and when I give one I do want it correct. Very disappointed in this shop. Will think twice before ordering again from here

WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE! My Pick up time was at 3pm .. I got there and it wasnt ready! Gave me a Different Time & went back and it looked HORRIBLE! Fruit was brown and the presentation was even worst! Never will I go back!!! BEWARE and the customer service SUCKS!!!

Worst location ever. Impossible to reach, arrangement came extremely late and wasnt even the right one!! Some poor lady is missing a Valentines arrangement because of these morons and I never received mine. Avoid at all costs!
