0 for 2! I have now twice tried to utilize this businesss services. Both times the customer service has been terrible - and unfortunately, I was dealing with the owner. The first time, I was scheduled to pick up an order later in the afternoon and called to let them know that I was stuck in traffic and would be arriving very close to closing. I was informed that the establishment closed promptly at 6:00 and that she would not be waiting. I dont recall ever being treated this rudely by the owner of an establishment! And I had already paid for the order! (To her credit - she forgave me the 5 minutes and was waiting at the door with the arrangement.) My second experience occurred when I came in to buy some of the fruit bowls. The phone was ringing as I entered and she announced to me that she was going to answer it... She had a lengthy conversation with someone about a problem with their order and continued to trouble shoot and problem solve while I waited...and waited. Finally, I put the fruit back and left. Does a business owner seriously not realize that the priority goes to the customer who has bothered to walk in the door? I love this product and have ordered from their website many times. How disappointing that the local franchise owner hasnt bothered to learn the most basic of customer service skills. I wont bother patronizing the store again.

Worst business transaction ive ever gone through! I am still living this nightmare, management is no help at all. Ive left multiple messages and still no response. I never get a pick up when i call the store. I AM OUT $109 AND I HAVE NEVER RECIVED ANY PRODUCT! I placed my order 2/14/17 nothing showed up that day for my wife. I get a call 2/15/17 from a manager at Ediable Arangements (the only time that i have talked to a manager.) He said the system crashed on Valentines and they couldnt fufill my order and asked if i would like it filled for a discount. I replied no there is no use Valentines day is over cancel my order. On 2/16/17 i get a call from an Ediable Arangements driver who is trying to deliver an arangement to my wifes office that is closed that day. Then she gets mad at me and has an attitude with me when i tell her i spoke with the manager the day before and cancelled it. Today is 2/27/17 and I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $109 to my credit card and wont get a call back from managment after numerous messages to dispute the charge. I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORST BUSSINESS EXPERIENCE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE TO AVOID THIS HAPPENING TO YOU!

Poor, poor service!!! I realize that they are extremely busy on Valentines Day, but to ring my doorbell at 9pm, is unacceptable, since their hours are 8am-7pm. Never once throughout the day did they call myself or the person that ordered the arrangement to explain they were behind in deliveries. My dad order an arrangement for me on 2/10/17 to be delivered on 2/14/17. He kept asking different times of the day yesterday, if I received anything? Nooo. At 7pm, he asked again....still no. He then told me he ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Valentines Day. The lack of planning and communication on their part was uncalled for, and ruined a thoughtful gift my dad had planned for me.

If I could choose zero stars I would. I have tried to use this company twice and both times they were a no show. The ordering of the basket was easy, but the day of the delivery I heard no word from the company. When I called the store to check on the delivery (at 6:45 pm), they reported the driver was out and it should be delivered shortly. Needless to say as of 9:15 am my delivery still "shows out for delivery" in the computer. Thank you for ruining my surprise for my husband. I will never use this place again. Also no one is answering the phone at the store and the voicemail box is full! Absolutely disappointed!

My mother bought a valentines arrangement from here, not only did they not deliver on Valentines Day ( even though the status email she received had said it was delivered) the arrangement that did come was in TERRIBLE condition. I dont have the heart to tell my mom after having to call and battle for delivery that the fruit that came was freezer burned, soft, and mushy. I wouldnt bother with this franchise location.
