******BEWARE******** Not even worth one star. I usually go with 800-flowers but i thought of giving oppurtunity to local flowers and I have ordered throough their website flowers and chocolates(20$) and add-on ($5). They took the money but just delivered the flowers but not the Chocolates/add-ons . Anyway, I found out that they didnt deliver the chocolates with the order, When I called them, initially they said I didnt order any chocolates or any add-ons with flowers but luckily i had a copy of the order and when I sent them the proof of order. When they reliazed that they couldnt get away, they started blaming some other company who made mistake, finally they agreed to send me refund for chocolates/add-ons as if they are doing a BIG FAVOUR to me by refunding money. Stay away from this.

Pat was great! I ordered flowers for a family member who was coming out of surgery. I gave Pat a number with which to work. She said she would take care of it and to trust her. Not only that but she called me to relay a message from the delivery driver asking if it was okay to leave the flowers on the back porch. They made sure the arrangement was delivered and safely stored. She really went above and beyond. I got a text as soon as the folks got back from the hospital telling me how gorgeous the flowers looked. By the way, I did this over the phone and it was the first time I called them. They were really terrific. This is the kind of service one expects from a trusted store with whom you have a relationship. Pat treated me like I was a long term customer.

Im not so impressed, however, judging by the reviews of other flower shops in the area, Lavender Fields may be your only choice. There was an issue regarding payment (I had entered a number wrong online) and thus my Mothers Day flowers were delivered late. I realize I should have entered my numbers more carefully, but the people I spoke with on the phone couldnt seem to communicate effectively with each other, which caused the problem to be finally ironed out six hours after we first discovered a payment problem (on the day of delivery). When unsolved customer payment issues arise, employees should reasonably communicate with each other, even if a shift change occurs. The flowers were arranged nicely, if a bit overpriced.

Found this place online and ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day (or next day at latest). Upon learning the flowers were not ever received (3 days later) I emailed the shop. I was contacted by the owner by phone and given outstanding customer service. Sherry was empathetic to the situation and created a beautiful and more lush arrangement that was delivered that day. She even added in balloons and an apology card from the shop for the mistake. I would certainly order from Lavender Fields again knowing they strive to make customers happy as well as gorgeous arrangements!

For a Same Day Delivery, Sheri assisted me with an arrangement for my brothers birthday. Awesome and quick! I was sent a picture of them by his assistant and they looked better than the image on the site. His favorite color of purple, she added touches here and there and it was beautiful! He is different and she added touches to a contemporary arrangement. Thanks Sheri! I will be using Lavender Fields for all my family and friends celebrations in the Northern VA area!

I sent Anniversary flowers around 9:45 this morning, for my girlfriend at her school. Being that school gets out at 2:30 I was hoping they could be delivered before she left. I got a call at 11:15 from her raving how beautiful they were. Thats an order-to-delivery time of 1.5 hours! Ive sent flowers to her before and never got this type of response because the flowers just werent great. Lavender Fields created the WOW that I expected. I couldnt be more pleased.

Very disappointed with the service. They couldnt deliver because one of their vans was broken but didnt have the courtesy to notify me, only the recipient, meaning I couldnt make other arrangements. I asked for a refund on the delivery fee, considering that they didnt deliver on they day they committed to but they refused. There are other florists in the area, I wouldnt recommend doing business with Lavender Fields based on my experience

I got a beautiful arrangement made up of purples/plums/pinks (for pick-up, not delivery). I ordered a less expensive version of a Teleflora bouquet, and Lavender Fields did a beautiful job - it was better than I could have imagined! Im very happy with the arrangement, the customer service, and how quickly they could complete the order.

Outstanding service, extremely quick delivery, we would use them again. We ordered flowers in the late morning , Pacific Standard Time,(we live in California) on a Saturday and we got a reply from the recipient (who lives in Ashburn) within the hour that she had received them and was enjoying the surprise.

Very very rude. The florist keep trying to push flowers for my wedding that I did not want. She said I needed to have a wedding theme and yellow, even with my wedding being blue and white. RUDE RUDE RUDE, go somewhere else.
