I requested a bouquet to be delivered to a business in Midlothian on the same day that I ordered it. Unfortunately, the business was closed when the delivery person arrived. I called Flowerama to ask about the delivery and they apologized, saying they could make the delivery on Monday. I was curt and frustrated, but the lady with whom I spoke, Jane, was very civil. She asked if they could make a home delivery, but I explained that the person for whom I had ordered the bouquet lived 50 minutes away from Flowerama. After the call, the owner, John Zachary, texted me to apologize and say that he would ensure the flowers were delivered that night. They were and they looked great. Thanks, Jane and John- your dedication and proactive approach have ensured that I will use your business again; I hope that people reading this review will keep these extraordinarily high standards in mind when shopping around. To reiterate: Flowerama has great customer service, proactive ownership and a fantastic product.

Owner was very courteous, informative, prompt with delivery, and product was perfect. He went above and beyond in going back to Flowerama to provide our annual event with columns to accentuate a few of the lovely floral arrangements. Very pleased and used their services again this year for commencement.
