Horrible store with bad management and customer service. We went in to order a air conditioner we gave them the exact measurements and size and model of the Current air conditioner. The salesman sold us this air conditioner for around seven hundred dollars. They scheduled a installation date for 2 days after walking into the store they told us they didnt have a exact time date for when they would be out and that it would be from 4:30 to 7:30. When they came out ... they came earlier than expected they said they would be out at 4:30 but they came 2 hours early and we werent home so we had to reschedule again .... then when they came out the 2nd time the air condition the restarted salesman sold to us wasnt he right model and fit for our house. So we had to go back to the store. When we went back no one had any idea what they were doing and they told us we would have to call the manager the following day ...... to schedule a date for the New AC install. So the following day we called and the manager john got on the phone he tried to tell us that they would have to come out and survey our current AC to make sure the new one they picked for us would fit. We would have to wait another week and its the middle of the summer and we have no AC in 100 degree weather. Because of the poor management in this store weve been 2 weeks without a proper working air conditioner. In the end the manager john had no respect for us and tried to blame the whole event on us. The bottom line is they didnt do their job right and they didnt survey the area in the first part which wouldve prevented this we canceled our order for a AC and will be going somewhere else these people are PATHETIC thats why stores like this are going bankrupt.

I have dealt with the PC Richards on Highway 36 in Eatontown New Jersey for a while, my last two vehicles I have brought there. I am very anal when it comes to my vehicles in anything I do to them.I did approach with caution PC Richards for installing the sound system in my Hyundai . It was installed as perfect as it could be not a scratch on my interior not a scratch on my dashboard and believe me I check. The technician Rich or Richard the audio technician in the back in the car electronics installation department superseded all my expectations. I then thought about other things like special lighting I wanted to do to my vehicle which was going to take a very good technician to achieve what I wanted done. I was hesitant but I went back to PC Richards and talk to Rich. He reassured me that he could take on the challenge and boy did he, came out perfect to my requests. He superseded my expectations, afterwards made sure that I was 100% happy with everything he did and how he did it. I am expecting perfection which I know was unreasonable in this industry but this gentleman keeps on exceeding that and its hard to ignore . I then brought him my new car and had a list of things I wanted done to it knowing that I did not have to be nervous about any type of misinformation or damage or problems with the installations. I am so pleased with what he has done, the installations are done so precise and accurate they look like the factory did them. Thank You PC Richards for hiring the best of the best. And so close to my residence is such a bonus.

We recently purchased new Samsung appliances at your store (Refrigerator, dishwasher, range and Microwave), and from the moment we pulled into the parking lot to shop to delivery, this has been a perfect experience. We arrived at the store close to closing time and were the only customers; our salesman Mike welcomed us with a smile and with dedication helped us with information and recommendations to make our choice. The arrangements for delivery and COI (Certificate of Insurance) were made with Katherine; not only has she been courteous and very friendly, she has also been very accommodating to our needs, coordinating with the warehouse and providing all information to our condo association well in advance. She followed up with me and provided all the information to ensure our satisfaction. To top this already outstanding experience, our refrigerator arrived with a dent in the door, which could have happened at any point. I immediately received a call from Kenny, the General manager of the store, apologizing and offering several options to rectify the situation as soon as possible. He agreed to a full replacement for this unit, and is coordinating to deliver a new one as early as next week. I will purchase all my future appliance/electronics at this store and I WILL HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs. In todays world, service standards have become so poor just about everywhere we go, it is truly refreshing to be so well treated and valued as a customer! Thank you!

Remarkable experience! I have been remodeling a disaster of a home that I started renting in the beginning of February, and after having to gut and throw away all the structure and appliances, I came into the store, and was looking for so serious empathy to what I had been facing. Well, that day(4/30/17), one of the best Sales men and customer service people Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with walked rite up to me, listened carefully, and went above and beyond to get me everything I needed to make my home liveable. From walking through all of the available items, going into the back of the store to ensure what we had chosen was the best for me and my needs, reaching out to his management, working with me to see which warranties served me best, and seeing if there was anything else that they in their position could do to assist the situation being faced... I felt 1,000% satisfied with my experience. If I EVER need any appliances, beds, or anything else for my home, I surely will search for said needs at P.C. & Richards & Sons. Hopefully, I will be able to keep finding amazing people like Manny in this world, who seriously care about other people, and their needs.

I had a fantastic experience with store manager Mike in Eatontown, NJ. He has a true customer service focus and is the reason I will continue to shop for all things they sell and no-where else. When you purchase anything from any retailer, they are pleasant for the purchase. But the mark of true customer service is when the consumer has a problem and the employees do the right thing. Too often, most retailers dont want to know your name post purchase. They pass you off by having you call a number and it is a frustrating process. Not at PCR. I purchased 2 TVs and 7 major appliances.....maybe $10k all in. The washing machine malfunctioned. Mike handled it like a gentleman. No BS...just helpful, quick to correct and super polite. He replaced the machine. A big thanks to him and his team for getting this corrected quickly and easily. More retailers should take note. PCR is how customer service is done. Well certainly be back. Not just because we save the most $$ there (even though we do), but because of people like him. I never have to worry about being treated unfairly. Well done, Mike. Thank you.
