I went there recently to have a work done at the copy center. The person who helped me was so rude. When I told him I had a picture on my flash drive, but wasnt sure what else was on there, he ripped it out of my hand and walked into the back area. I guess he loaded it on to his computer and screamed to me from the other room about which picture I wanted. When I came into the copy room to show him, I asked him about pricing and he just started spouting off numbers instead of walking me through the details. Leaving feeling uneasy, he told me to return after 3:30. When I came to pick up, it took two people to find my order. When I got it, of course it was wrong. I told the girl it wasnt right, and she told me her machine was broken now, but to come back when it was working and they would fix it. HOWEVER, she gladly took my money for the incorrect picture and even charged me more money as if I had gotten what I actually ordered. She did apologize, but I still drove back an hour later to be refunded because I was so mad. It is a shame because Staples does some really great work when they do it correctly. Someone should tell this location that there are about 5 other Staples within driving distance, and their poor customer service will drive customers to one that is more accommodating.

I came here because my computer stopped working and I needed a new one. I ordered it Sunday and they said it would be done on Thursday. I called Thursday and they werent done with it and that it would be one Friday. One day late didnt bother me at the time. I wasnt home all day on Friday and when I came home I expected to come home to my new computer only to see an empty desk. I called next morning to see what the issue was and the woman on the phone was totally unprofessional. She kept putting me on hold only to ask the exact same questions again, 3 times. She said on the phone that it would be done in a few hours and that theyd call my house when it was. Well when I got home from dinner with my dad I checked if there were any messages and there were none. So I decided to call and a man on the other end answered, "Oh yeah its ready. And we werent able to save some of the data." My initial reaction was, well if its done why the hell didnt anybody call?! Data saved or not!? I handed the phone to my dad before I did say though. Overall I felt like they kept making promises just to break them and some of the people there need to learn to be more professional.

I bought Samsung Galaxy s3 from this store and the Wireless Consultant - Sean Burgess provided a great customer service, gave me good details about the product and helped me solving issue of upgrading my cell phone plan with my t-mobile. Before coming to this, I was about to my the cell phone from t-mobile store...its was really difficult for me to deal with t-mobile customer service , it took me approx 1 hr 30 mins just talk to t-mobile customer service to upgrade my plans. While here at the staples, customers service was great in helping me dealing and solving my issues. Also the Staples wireless consultant Sean is very knowledgeable and helped me buy the cell phone and solve upgrade issue in just 20 mins. Good job.

Quick, nice staff, normally well stocked. Have had to run around to other Staples for boxes once or twice, but you do have the option of ordering them to your home as well. Print shop is very helpful- we did our wedding shower invites, wedding programs, and business cards through them and I highly recommend them.

not happy. went there they dont carry my ink anymore and tried to use regional water coupon that would be a free case of water free and was told its only 1 brand, but come to find out, its many brands. the cashier wouldnt budge or get manager. im fuming. will never shop here again. ill go to hazlet staples

I went there to get the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 note. Google said they had the 32 gb for $444. I got there. They had a price of $499 and they were selling the 16gb for that price. The guy in the tech dept had no idea. Frustrated I walked outt.

Best package drop off experience for UPS packages. Staff will ask other customers to wait a moment to take your package versus having you made to wait indeterminate time for this 20 second step, and its appreciated!
