Im definitely not one to write reviews but Ill rush and get this done with. Ive always had good experiences with this staples, but i had a terrible one yesterday. I came in to e-print a few documents, i asked the printing manager Kevin who in a very dry tone told me Ill have to stand and print one at a time on the self service machine and walked away. I stopped him and explained that its alot of information and i just left staples on Hylan Blvd and that worker eagerly assisted me behind the counter because youll have the option to print multiple items at once where as Ill have to stand here probably until the store close doing one at a time, i had the receipt to prove it from the other store. Well, Kevin then proceeded to roller his eyes and did this sassy thing with his hands, so i asked do you understand what Im saying? because the attitude i was getting was preposterous, guess i offended him because he walked off mumbling w.e under his breath.... I requested to speak with the Manager and Kevin said he was, i said no the store Manager he pointed me to her and walked to the back, Im guessing to regroup

OMG - the BEST customer service ever! I was there on August 26th, and needed to use the FAX machine... Unfamiliar with the mechanics of it, Rita was there to assist me. She explained very professionally the "how to" of their machine. In my haste, I left my credit card in the machine. Guess what? I went back there today, August 31st, and my credit card was there! Five star establishment, thanks to Rita, Kevin and Marvin for their honesty and assistance. May God bless you all, as he has blessed me.

Was okay except for one douche-bag checkout guy with a major attitude. Surprised hes still there,all I can say is with his demeanor staples will be his last career opportunity and his next jobs will be at supermarket check-outs.

Customer Service is great. On 11/25/2016, I went to the Printing section and I had trouble printing something from Google Drive. The employee was nice and helpful, trying to find a solution. Very helpful.

Waited on hold for 20 mins only to have someone pick up and have a guy and girl just laughing in the back ground after saying hello 10 times the guys like oh uh hold on puts me back on hold.
