I think I need to write a review. I have been using Hylan Computer service when Ming just opened up his business in 2007. When I stepped in his store the first time with my old dell laptop, he did not impress me very good because he did not speak English very well, but I was pleased with his great service every time I brought my computers for repair. The most important thing about him is his honesty. I got ripped off and cheated by other computer stores that I used before. I dont trust others except Ming.

I originally brought my Macbook to another repair store and was told that I either needed to buy a new motherboard or buy a new computer. I brought my computer to Ming for a second opinion, and I am so glad that I did! He was able to repair my motherboard in less than 2 days for a very reasonable price. Saved me a ton of money. My computer is running perfectly now, and I thankfully did not lose any data!

Today my boyfriend John brought me to Hylan Computer where he got his Mac desktop fixed. I had broken my iPad. Ming was amazing. Very patient with me because I am computer illiterate. He explained what I had done wrong and fixed it the same day. I am so grateful. Wonderful technician. THANK YOU
