WORSE SERVICE OF MY LIFE! I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I could! I get dropped calls, people cant hear me when I call them, it blocked my family on my phone automatically , freezes and my touch screen wont work from time to time. Sprint sent me a "new phone" they say, and when I opened the box it said "Temperature, needs to cool down!" I left that new phone in my house for THREE DAYS and STILL said there was a temperature problem. CANCELING MY SERVOCE IMMEDIATELY! I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone ! TERRIBLE !

Another store with not enough people working. Complete joke. 3 Sales people , 1 for tech support and everyone waiting for 1 person. Great job. Can you Hear me now? YOU SUCK !!! But you can call on the Phone and get an Indian guy named "Joe", ya right. How about hiring Americans. There are plenty of high school and college kids who can fix phones who need jobs. One star just to get a rating. I dont blame the people working there, they do their best with what they have.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I walked in the store (keep in mind not one of the 8 people working greeted me) after one of the guys started helping me he then stopped me and told me he can no longer help me because he was on break.......... what. Long story short 2 days and multiple trips back and forth to the store I STILL havent accomplish what needs to be done because of the lazy workers at this store. Save your time and frustration and go elsewhere.

Ive been to this store many times , for sales and repairs. The manager has helped me it 2 phones , patiently as i asked many question and had hime run my bill with multiple different options and plans to see what was best. Also he last phone i purchased it took an hour to transfer the pictures and we left over an hour after closing , and i never felt rushed . Shaun runs a good store .

I had one of the best customer experiences ever!!! One gentlemen in particular, Donnell was so friendly and helpful. He helped me with my buyback and went above and beyond to even put my screen protector on!!! I appreciate everything he has done and should be recognized for his great work!!!! Love doing business there :)

The service peop me themselves are friendly and helpful but we had a 5pm appointment yesterday and although they fixed my phone and I am very grateful for that... I had to wait 45 minutes even though I had an appointment! Cmon Sprint, thats ridiculous.

Best sprint store around! Staff is amazing and the manager is even better! Dont go to hwy #37 sprint stores, those are fake stores! This is the one to go to!
