I have never had more trouble making a simple purchase. I walked in and the floor was devoid of any staff. Finally I managed to approach someone and they pointed me to customer service where a girl was playing with her phone. We had gone there to pick up a chair after calling to confirm two were there. There was only one and the floor model. The floor model was worn out and uncomfortable so we attempted to purchase another chair which was put of stock as well. At no point did anyone offer help or assistance to resolve the problem. The staff were lazy and unprofessional and the trip was a complete waste of time. I will not ever purchase anything with staples again.

If you need something last minute...the item will most likely be out of stock. The last 5x I went to get computer component whether it was a hard drive or power supply they had none.
