Amazing where do I start? I have been a frequent customer for all of this year and I wont stop. Tanner was the first guy to help me here and a huge reason I come back. Hes so knowledgeable and always suggest great products. The owner helped me once and suggested a euphoria leaf blend they have here that is awesome and you have to try!! He was so down to earth and helpful. And the reason Im writing this review B.T. the Austin Vape and smoke beauty! I came in with my kangertech mini top box and it wouldnt charge :/. Immediately she solved the problem and before I even had a chance to pay my battery was in the charger and she put a temp in mine so I could get my first hit of the day!! I have been to other vape shops but never have I been in a vape shop where EVERY EMPLOYEE IS READY TO HELP SUGGEST AND TAKE CARE OF YOU. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING IN THEY ARE GREAT AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR NEEDS AND EVEN SOME YOU MAY NOT REALIZE!

I spent a hundred bucks here on a new vape and juice. When I first used the vape it leaked from a nearly invisible hairline crack.I returned it to the shop and explained that they sold me a defective product. They refused to replace it or even admit the product was defective even though it became obvious that it was a manufacturing defect . It would literally have cost them a dollar to make this right and they refused. Other vape shops will be getting my future business.

The staff is very knowledgeable of the equipment they carry any other products they sell. Whether you are looking for tobacco glassware, CBD products, or even vape/Electronic Smoking products this is a good place to start. The price is just like any other vape store has an upcharge but not so much so here that you dont want to do business. Check them out and pick their brain youll be surprised at the difference between them and other vape stores.

Excellent Friendly Service. Was just passing through Austin on business and visited the shop to see if they could help unseal my Nautilus tank ... the owner (didnt catch his name!) personally took care of it w/a little help from a vise at the Boot Shop next door. Really appreciated the help because I was utterly tool-less, having flown in from out of state. Thanks! (Enjoy your road trip, dude!)

Best prices in town and better than online, helpful awesome knowledable service from Alec he was the reason I came and the reason Ill come back, great shop good music. I came here all the way from Mason Texas about 2 hours away and couldnt have left more happy or impressed with my purchases. I will definitely be back next time I am in Austin and if your in town its worth the stop.

The cute blonde guy, think his name is Eric helped me get a new set up going. I got carmel cone juice and a SMOK Stick V8 Kit. Im totally ignorant to the vape lyf and he really hooked it up. Super friendly. Super cute and Informative. Im giving this review 4/5 stars because I wasnt served finger sandwiches and wine. Over all very cool store.

This people at this place make it. I brought in some chips and guacamole and was brightly greeted by Alec and his friend. They were hilarious, helpful, and informative as they explained their products to me. For a relaxed, simple shop, Id recommend coming here.
