Bill and the staff are extremely friendly and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The first time I visited, I walked over to the bulk tobacco. Picked up the jar of 965 and Bill smiled saying he could spot a 965 smoker and again he was right. 965 was my all day, all the time, anytime smoke...... Turns out, that was Bills too. Now, I take my business nowhere else for my pipe needs. I love this store and they have a lifelong customer in me. As a matter of fact, I think Ill go pick up that beautiful Carl Erik "Ekstravagant." Royal Pipes offers what others do not. They offer a place to watch the ball game and enjoy you favorite smoke. Their blends of pipe tobacco are second to none and the staff is very helpful. Anyone that I have seen come in a need help with anything was treated as though they were the only customer. Bill and all of the guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a customer since 1997 and enjoy the companionship of my fellow smokers. Jared Summers and his guys are great to be around. I am and will remain a loyal customer!

I have visited tobacco shops in nearly every place I have ever been to- which is all over the US, B.C, and western europe. This tobacco shop is the best one I have ever visited, by a long shot. The guys are helpful, and extremely knowledgable. I live in Seattle now, and I still use Royal Pipes as my tobacco shop because theyre the best.

New to Norman, I went here looking for pipe tobacco. The selection was ok. It was better than the junk in a bag at most tobacco stores. The only real complaint is the price. For roughly $5 per ounce of tobacco, I was highly disappointed in the smoke. Ill try Plantation, but will likely go back to ordering online.

I remember when this place was small and simple. They always had the biggest selection in the area and good prices. The bar has average food and drinks but the staff is great. A comfy place to smoke your cigar. Its not smoky at all, they have it well ventilated. Parking can be a pain but worth it.

Theres plenty of booze to drink, and its great if youre looking for a spot to actually have a conversation, but its always so smoky in there because of all the smokers. I smoke, and when Im bothered by the smoke, its a problem. Definitely the smokiest bar Ive ever been in.

They have a good cigar selection. Theyre very knowledgeable about what they carry and can help quite a bit if youre a novice smoker. Also, they carry some good house pipe tobaccos and will blend stuff for you if you like different things about specific blends they carry.

Great selection of Cigars and the Bar has good selection of drinks both cheap and higher caliber! Chimay Blue Label, several Tequilas, and Scotch!! A place where everyone knows your name.

This has become my chill spot, the ONLY bar in Norman Ill hang out in. Good Staff, clean, awesome regulars, relaxing atomosphere...and the tobacco selection is awesome!
