Went there to purchase a new bed. Steve the owner was such a nice person so we thought. He send over a used bed then the nightmare started. He was disrespectful and disgusting with his mouth. He stated that the bed was used and refurbished and that what i was sleeping on. He told me that the bed I purchased was used and what did I expect a new piece of furniture for $900. I had snap finance on the bed on the contract it states new bed purchase. Steve told the finance people the bed was new and that I wanted to get out of the contract. I went there to purchase a new bed because the bed I had was damaged.To all people in Waterbury Ct stay away form this place. Also the workers also stated that he always sells used furniture meaning that he gives you the floor sample then he takes the new one out of the box and puts that on the floor. He also buys used furniture and pawns it off as new.His workers stated that he does that to everyone.Stay away from this place he gave me a disgusting taste in my mouth with this disaster from this store. He is s liar and sells junk furniture. He sells to people that he thinks that he can get over on .He takes advantage pf the poor. The store is called Furniture Outlet in Waterbury Ct located right off the highway 84 right across the Brass Mill Mall.

Worse place Ive dealt with I purchased a table on the 20th of February they called me that it was ready on Monday the 29th I said I would pick up by the 4th on Friday the 4th they call and say it was not my table that it was a different one. So they screw it all up and the owner was a complete jerk and very unprofessional refuse to give me my money back which I paid cash not by card not by check said that I can get store credit I refused and told him they screwed up not me and that I paid cash and I wanted cash he then says I can send you a check or you can wait for the truck to bring the table next week. Which I also refused. So after treating a customer like shiet and refusing to give me my cash back I now have to wait on a check from this people. No common courtesy,no manners and very unprofessional. Sad to say but is no way to treat customers walking through the door. Will not recommend and will never go back to this place. The worse!!!!!

Waited for six weeks to get couches... That where suppose to be delivered in two to three weeks. management Steve says back order from the manufacturer which I could understand.. But he did nothing to try and fix the problem.. He then argued with me on how long my wait was for the couches.. So week six the couches arrive and guess what... As expected another set back they are the wrong ones.. What does Steve say... Guess? how about another week and we will get yours.. Screw that.. Asked for a refund for my deposit of a hundred dollar and he gave me store credit.. What in a furniture store cost a hundred dollars? Nothing so I am out of a hundred well worth the headaches I would have dealt with involving this business. Go elsewhere for any furniture needs you will thank you yourself later.

I had called several stores looking for a China Cabinet and matching server to go with a farm table that a friend had left for me. I called Furniture warehouse and spoke with Steve. He was knowledgeable, informative and so non pushy salesman. Two weeks later I went to furniture warehouse, met with Steve and was impressed by the size, quantity and quality of product he had. Unfortunately I did not buy my furniture that I so wanted as we were just dollars away from reaching the price needed in my budget. Probably if I had not gotten lost following my new"GPS" the price of the gas I would have saved to and from would have let me do it. So for now I will just wait a bit longer! Steve and staff were wonderful.

Excellent service, had the stress of buying my first condo, and had no furniture of any kind. Went to many high priced and so called discount furniture stores. Finally found this gem of a store in Waterbury CT. Great and vast selection of furniture. The owner Steve went far and beyond to work within my budget and didnt mind mixing from different sets and on top of that he gave a great discount because i payed cash. The movers put a slight ding in the dresser, Steve and his girlfriend came over at 8:00 at night to rectify the problem. Now Thats service.
