Ashley Furniture in Williston; What a lousy experience!!! I found a chair that I wanted, right materials, comfortable, price was a bit high but acceptable. I go to close the deal and my wallet is out. The saleswoman then tires to sell me the extended special super duper warranty for a few extra bucks that will be good for 3 years. I politely refuse this, telling her that I will go with the standard 1-year warranty that she spend several minutes telling me about while I was trying out the chair. Suddenly the woman says, “Oh, and since you’re buying the floor model, we can’t take it back for any reason.” I said to her, but “I assume that the manufacturer’s warranty still applies, remember you just moments ago offered to sell me the extended warranty.” She gets a confused look in her eye and confirms with her counterpart that: no, I would get no warranty for buying off the floor. But that I could order the chair for the full price and take delivery of a chair that I did not get to try out. They loose the sale and I walk, SCREW YOU ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!

My boyfriend and I (late 20s/early 30s) were on the hunt for a sofa/love seat set for our new condo. We went to a few other local stores and has less than standard service. Some seeming to judge us based on our age - like we didnt have money to spend. Then we stopped in at Ashley Furniture. We were greeted by Deb, who was wonderful and warm. She was very helpful but also let us browse around on our own. She helped us get a great deal on a sectional and love seat set and did everything she could to make sure we were happy and receiving just what we wanted. We bought the set and left with a good feeling from the place we bought it from - plus the prices were right! (And we werent directed immediately to the clearance section, like at some other places) We will return here to buy any additional furniture well need and hopefully work with Deb again. I would recommend!

Great customer service young is everything we needed and told us anything that wasnt in the store we can have ordered so just the magazine the store was not limited I absolutely had a good time breaking my wallet I love the prices for what we needed basically all the furniture has been ruined for yrs thats another story back to Ashelys I recommend this to anybody best part about it is is that you can Finance the furniture I have a monthly rate if you cant afford to buy that one the tires Im having to pay it monthly is nowhere near any rental to own furniture place theyre quite phenomenal cant wait tell everyone about this place.

Great place to shop for home furnishings. Just purchased our second living room set from Ashley, couch,loveseat,recliner,2 end tables and a coffee table. First set had lasted 13 years. It was time! Also had purchased a bedroom set 2 years ago from the same store. We keep going back because the staff is awesome. They dont push you into making a purchase and they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and offer great financing options. Could not ask for a better place or people!

For months my husband and I shopped around for a reasonably priced bed frame and 2 matching nightstands. even though Ashleys ended up being the most reasonable for price it took over a month to get the product to our house with no mistakes or pieces being broken, and were still not very impressed by the product. We will be keeping it as it does its job, but are disappointed.

Great, friendly and non-pushy staff. Delivery brought us the wrong chairs but quickly rectified it the same day even though we live 40 minutes one way from the warehouse. They were not upset and very friendly. I definitely recommend them.

Found a wonderful 3 piece with the help of Doug! Huge and comfy loved shopping here. Doug greeted us shortly after we walked in the store and stuck with us and our indecisiveness. He knew exactly the direction to point us. Thanks Doug!

We can not get this changed on Google so please note the store hours listed on Google are wrong. The store is open until 6pm Mon-Thurs and Saturday. Open until 8pm on Fridays only and open until 5pm on Sunday.

Ashely Furniture is best among other furniture stores in Vermont since there are no big furniture stores like Bobs and Jordan in Vermont . You get nice options to choose and prices are affordable
