My wife and I have been dealing with Rich the owner since he opened the store in Torrington and we have never had any problems with the store or its employees. Once Rich had hired on new employees and he left the Torrington store to go open a new store in another town my wife and I have had nothing but headaches and major problems. My wife and I out of all the years of doing business there we have been late 4 times and Rich was generous and helped us out but ever since the new people took over they come to my house 3 times a week to hound my wife for a payment that was not even due yet. These actions from the new employees has pissed me off to no extent. Please take this as a major warning and do not go to the Torrington store at all unless you can afford to pay off before you walk out the door.

I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at Premier Rentals. I used Rent a Center awhile ago and had a horrible experiance. I vowed never to rent-to-own again. A situation presented itself that gave me little option. Thank God for Jessie Santiago, the manager at Premier. He got me the perfect furniture at a very doable price. He never pushed me to spend beyond my means and seems genuinely concerned with my happiness and well being. He even reiterated the price and policy multiple times to make sure I knew what I gad to do to keep the price where we agreed. He has been great to deal with throughout this entire process and is a pleasure to talk with every time I make a payment. He is truly good people.

I never write reviews, but I was so happy with Premier Rental I had to share it. I ordered a new bed for my daughter; ivory color, drawers, and great quality. The ordering process was a breeze and the guys who came to set it up were so nice and put it together quickly with no problems.The store manager, Jessie was also very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure the bed was ordered, shipped, and put together in time to surprise my daughter with her brand new room! She loves the bed and I love the service. I would definitely recommend Premier Rental for any of your furniture or electronic needs.

Rented a TV from here. When they rented it out to the next person they did not factory reset it. Be warned if you use anything that you have to enter ANY personal information on something you rent from here, they WILL rent it out and the next person will have access to it. Got locked out of netflix because of this. And when i addressed the issue i was threatened with police!

Dont expect your delivery or pick up to be efficient. Totally un-organized. Wrong address, withdrawal too much money from bank acct on wrong days. Just an overall horrible experience. Good luck!
