I changed my oil for the first time on my own today, and everybody at Napa Auto Parts of Hunt Valley were extremely helpful. They helped me gather my supplies, offered me tips, and were graciously understanding and encouraging when I had accidently spilled the oil. Kevin even ran me out a replacement quart of oil. Thank you Kevin, Mike, and Patrick for your excellent service. I will be back next time I change my oil...except next time I will be sure to take off the old gasket.

Great service here! My "new" SUV threw its belt on the side of the highway, and luckily this NAPA was only 5 minutes away. I called up, they had the belt in stock, but since I didnt know what feature was on the truck yet, they set aside two possible matches for me. 5 minutes later I show up, get the belts, and 20 minutes later I come back with a working truck and they do the return with no problem at all. Glad this NAPA was there to save the day.
