Terrible. So, I had two flat tires and called in to order some before getting my car towed to the Sears Auto Center. Because my car is all wheel drive, I was told that Sears would only change all four tires not just two, fine. So, I ordered all four on Saturday after I was told that they would definitely arrive by Sunday to be installed and have me on my way. I made an appointment for 10am Sunday morning (when they open). I get the car towed to Sears first thing Sunday morning and discuss with the person on duty that I had prepaid for the tires and install and was told that the tires would be arriving between 11am-2pm. I also go ahead and purchase the wheel alignment. Fine, I leave there and go about my day. I am out doing errands and get a call at 4:15pm (they close at 5pm) stating that the mechanics cannot find my lug nut key. I told them to look in the glove compartment as I had seen it there the night before, in a pouch designated for it. I received a call back a few minutes later saying it was not there. I was incredulous because I KNOW it was in the glove compartment. They denied seeing it. I rush over to the shop only to find that not only is the key missing, but so is the pouch it was in. Now, they tell me that they will need to charge me $7 per lug nut to remove the locks or I have to go to the dealer and get a new key. Unbelievable. This is extortion. Now it is closing time, so my car is going to have to stay there for at least another day until I can decide what to do. Im not about to pay these guys for stealing my lug nut key. I contact the dealer and they tell me I can borrow their key to get this done. I head over there only to find out from Sears that they already removed two of them from the car using a "special" machine. Now, they are charging my for all four. To top things off, only two of the tires I ordered have arrived (now it is Monday morning). They inform me that the other two tires will not arrive until Wednesday! So, now, I have a car in the shop for an extra 3 days, have my lug nut key "misplaced", will be charged an extra $28 dollars, and have no faith in what people are telling me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS. I would have gladly paid the dealership the extra money up front to not have been treated like this. Im seriously considering bringing some legal action as I feel as though I have been extorted and lied to.

Well took my car there on a sunday. at 10 am when they opened they had a guy in the parking lot going car to car getting info for each car just park near the door. Got my car looked at around 11:00 because their guy didnt see me and i needed to walk in and get them but they apologized for missing me. They are busy on sunday remember that. Was told it would be at least 3 hours to get into the bay. was ok with that and waited while they had the car. well 3 hours and 15 mins my car was on the lift. Total time was 6 hours for oil change and 4 tires. but they did make good by give discount on the tires and free oil change for the wait. Will return to care center again just not on sunday.

Like lots of places, this shop is as good as its people. For service, talk to DaRouche (sp?), Shawn, or Harry. For tech work, your oil change might be done by anyone, but the techs they let do suspension and engine work, do seem to know their stuff. And if youve ever been to a dealership, youll appreciate that the prices are half what dealership prices are! As a rule, come early, and best to drop it off, or bring a laptop and go down to wegmans or caribou coffee... they wont be jiffy-lube quick, but, they are nearly full service, and are not jiffy-lube shoddy!

Horrible! Took my car there for an oil change. Apparently they forgot to tighten the oil drain plug. Needless to say the plug fell out and destroyed the engine. Instead of fixing my engine. They totaled my car! A car that I purchased NEW, Took good care of it. And the Sears insurace company refuses to repair the engine. ( Cost is more than the worth of the car) (Car is 11 Years old)

I had a very bad experience here. Blew a tire while traveling to Baltimore. I called and got a quote of $90 for the tire and the labor to put it on. When I arrived the price jumped to $130. Then I was told they didnt have the tire they originally quoted me on in stock, so then the price jumped again. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

I scheduled an appointment in advance. I drop it off, and desk person says "come back in an hour." I return in an hour, "sorry hes just now starting your car, give us another 30 minutes." Mechanic was smoking a cigarette both times... when I dropped it off and when I came back to pickup. Poor management. Oil changes take 15 minutes. Not 90.

No one at this location cares about customers or the work they do. Everyone actively avoids work as much as they can going so far as to argue over who has to take your car right in front of you. Avoid at all costs.

Manager stayed after hours to help me figure out and order everything I needed (tires, lug nuts). Everyone was very helpful and informative. Searched several locations and price was the lowest.

They are slow to get the job done, but they do it right and they dont oversell: the latter is important enough to me to get me to put up with the slowness. (If I could give a 4.4, I would)

Up-to-date tools for the autos and mechanics but crappy customer experience. Waiting room has bad reception on TV, hard chairs and paltry vending. Write-up counter is in noisy garage.

Beware!! They give you a quote and later try to charge extras for services not quoted. Take your business elsewhere.
