Not impressed. Called up and ordered a distributor. Asked them several times to clarify if the part included the oil pump drive shaft. I could tell the guy on the phone was rather young which lead me to be a little apprehensive about the order. After assuring me several times that the oil pump drive shaft was included I show up to the store the next day only to find out that it was not included. Needless to say this prevented me from finishing my project that day. Furthermore I ask for a set of exhaust manifold bolts... he gets on his computer looks them up. Rudely toned- "NOPE DONT HAVE IT CANT GET THEM." I go back towards the oil to get break in fluid and wouldnt you know it... sitting right there in the isle. Exhaust manifold bolts in stock and ready to go out the door. Now heres the kicker. Mike, another guy that works behind the counter... incredibly rude, unapologetic and really full of himself. He helped me get the oil pump shaft ordered but he really liked to go on about how many trophies his cars won and how hes had to throw trophies out yet here he is screwing up orders at an auto parts store. These people are rude, and instead of stopping and thinking about what parts might be on hand they go straight to the computer and if its not working the give up immediately. Shameful Service.

There was an Asian man that does not know what hes talking about he ripped me off of light bulbs that actually not all that great they were very expensive he ripped me off of my tax money and I had to call the company to get my money back I have yet to receive my check theres also a female working there Im dont know her name all I know is she pretends to know what shes talking about I had to tell her how to do her job on the computer and I had to get the right part by me typing on the computer because she doesnt understand anything I say I should know I work in the shop

They used to help you change your lightbulb or pull the check engine code for you but they wont help you anymore so they just lost all of their business from thousands, probably millions of people. Never ever going to advanced ever again! Its a waste of time to go if you cant get actual help! Way to lose all of your customers advanced! Off to AutoZone I go !!!

Terrible customer service. there is nothing like waiting in line for 15 minutes just to get up to the counter and then be told to wait even longer while the jackass behind the counter answers the phone. Im here and ready to spend money but the guy asking you about what brake pads to get over the phone some how takes priority over the person who is in the store.

They need more employees. The line for cashier was 6 people long. Also the book for oil filter selection was missing, I had to Google the one I needed then have the clerk verify correct fitment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
