I cant say enough good things about this place! I just purchased my wedding ring from Ali @ the Grapevine mills location and it was by far the most fun shopping experience Ive ever had. I am a very tough customer - I want quality at a great price and Ali more than delivers - they have a better selection than any other jewelry store Ive been to - tons of loose stones and mounting to choose from and a jeweler right there in the store - I was able to purchase my ring and walk out with it all in less than an hour - they also have a trade up program - and it isnt limited to doubling the original purchase price you can just trade up to any amount. also the same warranty that the chain stores charge 300 for is included for free @ Marc Samuels it even includes re- rhodium on white gold whenever needed. and it also came with a free appraisal so that I can get it insured. not only do they have the best selection and the best prices but it is such a fun experience not at all like the uptight chain stores - thank you so much Ali! you will be seeing me again soon - you have a pair of earrings there that I want ;-)

I am a customer for life! The store by far had the best showing of fine jewley. I had been to several jewelry stores and had yet to experience piece after piece of fabulous rings until visiting Marc Samuels of Grapevine. Sam took great care and made my experience warm and welcoming. He is very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy and very patience- most impressive of the many salespeople I had encountered over the past few weeks! If you love a piece of jewelry it should speak for itself and no one should have to convenience you of the beauty and Sam kept showing us stunning ring after ring and I fell in love with all of them but the last one was PERFECT! He is wonderful to work with and I will be coming back to him soon. Great job Sam! I love love love my ring! Job well done!

Our family has been doing business here for the last 2 years and have nothing to say but positive things. The people you need to see are Alex and Rosie. They are both honest and will find you the best 0% financing if needed. We have bought 3 Rolex watches and my wifes wedding band, earrings here and been real happy. My mom had to get her Rolex serviced and Alex even gave her a loaner Rolex to go to a wedding that was more expensive than the one she has, I mean that is customer service. Rosie will help you get the best terms of financing and anything else you need. This is coming from a family that use to only trust and go to Asian jewelry stores only, so I would highly recommend them.

Amazing. Jerry is the best person to help you find exactly what youre looking for. When investing thousands of dollars in something, I expect the person helping me to know the answer to simple questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable on every piece we looked at, telling us the history of the brand and the pre-owned pieces. He was so friendly and not in a salesman kind of way. He was confident and informative. My husband is literally still smiling at his new watch and planning a trip back soon which means more diamonds for me! Im still smiling too!

By far, the BEST jewelry store to get your rings from. I went in looking to find the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend and Ali and Mark helped me do just that. They are very professional and knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry. They gave me the ring of my girlfriends dream! I even went to other jewelry stores before I came upon this one and now I question why I even went to those other places. When they deliver, they truly deliver. I highly recommend this store. After months of looking at setting after setting, diamond after diamond, I walked into the Frisco location and found "the one" for my upgrade ring. It was fun shopping there, they had entertainment for my daughter who was "helping" and when it arrived in store the whole family was in and out in less than 30 minutes (including watching it being set). Excited to have such a beautiful piece of jewelery on my finger and glad to have a local jeweler who I can now go to for all my jewelery needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service! We purchased my beautiful custom diamond bridal set and his wedding band. Layaway was a breeze and each time we came in to make a payment the staff was happy to let us take more pictures and answer each and every question we had. Great experience, and gorgeous quality rings at a great price! Definitely the jewelers well recommend and return to!

We LOVED MarcSamuel. We had a lot of specific questions so were put in touch with the gemologist on site who we were then continually in touch with. He was so informed and helpful, and he never got fed up with our many questions. It was very important to us that we buy a truly conflict-free diamond, and MarcSamuel was the only place we found where we could be confident the diamond was conflict-free.

Great! Very nice people, give you a lifetime warranty on your jewelry for unlimited cleanings and repairs. Only have two negatives, they really dont call once theyve finished services, but theyre usually done pretty quickly. Lastly, I wish there were more locations so I wouldnt have to drive all the way to Grapevine or Frisco, but Ive yet to be dissatisfied with their service.

I bought a ring a couple of years ago. Just went there to get it cleaned last week and they took care of me instantly. I was surprised to see how well I was received by the staff when I just wanted to get it cleaned. The ring was as good as new and I didnt have to pay a single penny. Keep up the customer service!! I would definitely recommend this place.

It was nice to go into a store that had such a wide variety of bridal products. They had entire cases devoted to semi mounts. And they carried very large stones in store. I didnt have to wait to order a 5 ct in. If you need large stones marc samuels is the way to go.
