I "was" a long time customer. Always had great service when Martha was there. Mgmt changed, they hired new people. Ive lost some items that were precious to me before, PAID full price to get it back. This last time, when it iced over for one day, it took everyone over 45 minutes to get home, It took me ONE HOUR 30 MINUTES. By the time I got home, they were way beyond closed. I went in the next day, explained to the new sales guy my situation. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Even my apt complex understood about me getting stuck out in traffic and allowed me to pay the rent the next day with NO fees. That last time I visited that pawn shop, I lost my sentimental necklace which my daughter gave me, a play station, Bose headphones. I guess they needed those items more then I did. What goes around comes around. Remember that!!!!!! That one star....there is no option for NO star. I took my business elsewhere. Thanks for screwing me over.

You dont always get what you expect when it comes to pawning, I have gotten more money at other locations. I only keep coming back for the good and underpriced items they do sell there. Very low priced TVs, Tablets, Computers, Jewlary and other items. Always pay the extra 10$ for the insurance they offer. Since they are used item this insures they will give you a full refund if in 30 days it stops working. They are the closest to home and open on sundays. I will continue to shop here, and ocasionally pawn a few things in emergencys!

Regent pawn in Irving is the most awesome place to do business, they are all so friendly and courteous every time I go in. I have been going through a lot of financially and they have been there for me and my family every step of the way. Thanks so much for being there when I needed you the most. This pawn shop is really good, im buying a dslr camera ive had on layaway, and theyre very nice, they offer a little low on items, but doesnt ecery pawn shop, their jewelry selection is amazing! they have good stuff, even guns! haha but over all worth visiting chasity of irving TX

I love this store. They have great prices and great merchandise...Great jewelry.. I have bought a beautiful ring here and i have pawned items and got more money here than any other pawn shop...if you want more money for your items you got to shop here!!!!

This place is a joke. They dont have anything good and I realized why recently, its because they wont buy certain things. Like old lenses, which I wouldve bought from there, or brand new hotspot, or good computer monitors. Not even gonna go anymore.

I needed money for rent and these guys not only gave me what I needed but went above and beyond expectations. I came back in a few weeks and was able to find they alos have great prices on all kinds of merchandise. Bought a 42" LCD for $350!!

Super picky on product taken for pawn. Took in a laptopp, said they "dont take chromebooks". Then took a 3 month old printer and they dont take those. I had used them before and always came back for my stuff, but it didnt matter.

The people there are awesome. They give as much as they can for whatever I bring in. Sometimes I need to keep using the same items. They always give me the original amount or more if I upgraded no matter how old it gets.

Should be stated its actually called first cash pawn not regent. Ignored me when I went in, couldnt buy any of my items, wouldnt tell me why. You see the place steer clear. They honestly felt very shady to me.
