Absolutely the worst customer experience incident I have ever encountered. I was not provided the service that I asked for and then when I asked about it the man there replied with "Well, thats not my problem." And they made me pay for it anyway. If you are not a savvy diamond buyer, beware. They will try to take advantage of you here.
