Cant trust them to do the right thing. I had a diamond put into a 14 K white gold ring and specifically told them it needed to be the same size after the work was done. When I picked it up it was too small. One of the guys said it could not be smaller because they never cut all the way through the ring. They put my diamond in a bezel and placed it in the ring. It was obviously cut in order to put the bezel in it. but, he pointed at the inside of the ring and said : See there is no line inside so it wasnt cut through. It was polished out as rings are so he out right lied so that they would not have to fix it. one of the women there said: you were wearing it on the other hand! That could have been true when I went in, but impossible after their work as it was too small to wear on my right hand and still is. I took it anyway but ended up going back as it was too uncomfortable. the same people told me the same things..... IT STILL DOESNT FIT MY RIGHT HAND SO SHE COULDNT EXPLAIN WHY SHE KEPT SAYING THAT. They ended up just polishing more of the gold out of the inside so that I could at least get it on my left hand without it cutting and bruising my finger but still swore the ring was not cut through. IT HAD TO BE CUT THROUGH TO PUT THE BEZEL IN TO IT. Ive been wearing the ring for 17 years and I know what size it was and what size it is now. They lied and cheated me. They wont fix it because theyd have to add back the gold they took out of it. Long story short, they do not stand behind their work or try to work with you. the obvious lies were an insult to my intelligence as I know they had to cut the ring through, but they stood behind each other. NOW I RARELY WEAR MY PRECIOUS RING AS IT IS TOO UNCOMFORTABLE. Beware of any work you have done there. Itll cost you in more ways than one. LIARS and CONS.

I wanted to get a ring for my husband for his birthday, as we got our wedding rings at this store I called and talked to a young man and asked him if the ring size for my husband was still in the computer, he looked and told me yes and that he was a size 11. So I went to the store and saw the same young man and asked him again to make sure that my husbands ring size was an 11, he assured me it was. I chose a ring then took it to FastFix to have it engraved. I gave the ring to my husband on his birthday and it didnt fit, it was too small. So we went back to Jewelry Exchange and had his ring size checked and it turned out that he is a size 13.5, so the young man lied to me about his ring size. We asked them to exchange it and they refused saying they couldnt because the ring had been engraved. So because of them giving me the wrong ring size my husband did not get his birthday present. I am very disappointed with this store and will not be returning. I will take my business elsewhere. Pam Cary

Went for an anniversary ring that I had picked out but decided to take my wife to confirm (guys we all know that when we pick something we like the wifey decides its the wrong shade or size) and was helped by Mark and Karina, both were very knowledgable about what they were selling and very friendly. Came home very pleased. Thanks Karina for making it easy and getting ring sized while we waited. Will definitely be going back and will send friends and family in that direction.
