My fiancee and I were in a pinch. We had received a mens wedding ring that we had ordered online and it was AWFUL! With less than a week before the wedding, we stopped in at Gold N Carats to see what they had in terms of rings. WOW! The owners sat down with us, looked through books, brainstormed ideas and were able to help us create an amazing custom built ring that is beautiful and will mean SO much to us throughout the coming years! We were so pleased with the customer service and work that they did for us. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler with the personal touch!!

Lucinda is always a ray of sunshine and completely honest with her customers. She takes care of your jewelry, listens to what you want done, and tries to help you cut corners where you can if youre on a tight budget. I purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from her store, and have it cleaned on a regular basis. They also tighten any loose diamonds for free since I purchased it here, can weld them together for free too, and shell clean your rings up for free, band too, before your wedding day so they look great for photos.

Went in to have a wedding band and engagement ring resized and connected together. The attention to detail was amazing. They were bonded together beautifully. The price was more than reasonable considering how delicate the rings were. As a bonus they checked all of the diamonds to make sure they were secured in their settings . No more big chain jewelry stores for me. I am so glad I checked the reviews before selecting just any store. Nice to be able to support a local family business especially when they show such great care.

I had a right hand ring resized and fixed. They were very courteous and understood how valuable the ring was to me. We setup an appointment for me to leave the ring so they could work on it and give it back with a quick turnaround. Id hardly ever removed the ring in 17 years. I was quite anxious to be without it. I gave them the ring on Friday and it was ready on Saturday (the appointment for the Friday was set 2 weeks prior the date .) Very kind, they take their time and are very knowledgeable.

These guys are really good at what they do, however, I have never been able to go in and get out in any decent amount of time. This is mostly because the owner talks, non-stop. And much of the time this conversation is about either (1) religion or (2) politics. I dont really care what your religion or your politics are, I just dont want to hear about them when I am attempting to shop or conduct business. I have finally decided that I am going to take my business elsewhere.

I had my grandmothers ring turned into a pendant and they did a wonderful job. It looks like its always been a pendant and its beautiful. I highly recommend everyone there! Lucinda did a wonderful job helping me pick a bail. And her husband, Jim I think, is the jeweler and he does amazing, quality work. I couldnt be happier.

I took my Polar watch to get the battery replaced. I left and came back a few hours later and the watch was ready for me, but when it came time to pay my bill, they tell me, "That will be 40 dollars". Have any of you ever paid 40 dollars to replace a watch battery? What a rip-off!
