I bought a ring off of a friend and needed the ring sent off for cleaning. My friend had purchase the diamond bond and protection plan aka the cleaning and resizing plan for life. The sales associate wasnt too sure how to handle the situation so we spoke with management. I explained the situation to the manager and she asked me how much I paid for the ring and seemed upset about the low price that I paid. Since I didnt have all of the info the manager immediately turn it into a sale. I understand that they are there to sell but instead of helping me out like any other normal person would they rather upsell. I didnt feel like paying again for something that was already attached to the ring so I left. Manager did not seem happy about me walking away. I went to another zales and was helped on the spot free of charge even with management involved. Never going back to this location. The sales associate tried to help but as soon as the manager stepped in it became a unnecessary upsell.

My husband and I purchased my ring from this Zales location in 2012 my experience was horrible. I hate i was in a rush to purchase my ring because we should have shopped elsewhere. The Hispanic lady short with glasses was not only rude she was also very sarcastic. I did not appreciate how we were treated. I went into the same store to have my ring cleaned on last month and my diamonds checked and yet another lady skinny blonde hair was rude and she seemed as if I was disturbing her by asking questions. Id like to use this Zales because I live right down the street in Lewisville but, from now on I will take my business to another Zales.

Zales is a ridiculous chain, but this one has really nice pieces and honest sale associates. I appreciate sales people who stand by their product but are honest with customers about their options. Knowing if something is fragile or doesnt hold up well is huge. Thank you sooooo much for all your help. I love love my new ring.
