Ive never experienced customer service like I did at this Kroger. Just recently having moved here I found a pretty cool outdoor 7pc dining set and I came in to purchase it. Little did I know it already came assembled and I would need a much bigger transportation. Manager Lisa B and associate David really stepped up and helped me getting this thing home. Plus points it was on sale from the first time I saw it. Without them I would have had to rent a uhaul truck and take more money and time out of my day. Furnitire looks amazing and is comfortable. Good to know besides good quality and cleanliness they sell neat outdoor stuff. Kudos Kroger!

I do enjoy stopping by this Kroger when I am in that area or Im coming home from that direction because they have most of the basic things that some of the other larger Krogers do not have. It seems like the bigger stores are ordering different inventory and the smaller stores Im sticking with what they have been using that has been working so well. Simple things like ice cream or root beer R at this location. The management staff has changed and truly makes you feel like you are respected.

I dont shop at Kroger but have sometimes popped in to browse. What a nice surprise! The store had cute mini rolls with their Red Eye ham as samples. Wow. What great country ham. Not salty, just good! I look for snoopy merchandise & Elmo TV dinners for kids. Its worth visiting no matter where you usually shop. The clearance items are good buys & sales are helpful on a workmans pay check. Kroger. Nice surprise.

Dirty! Basket dripped chocolate, but could not see. Ruined my white pants! The bakery had all goods out dated tomorrow. Register would not accept my phone # for discounts. Has for 21 years plus! Costumer service rep counter, had no idea why! Gosh I miss Martins. Ill have to make the trip to Wegmans! Cant shop at this nasty store. I never shopped much but without Martins on hull st., I tried today!

Recently the Martins near me closed and I needed another grocery store. My daughter and myself are vegetarian, she is actually vegan. Kroger offers a very large supply of groceries that fit our lifestyle. The only problem I have is every Kroger I go in is under construction and moving their entire inventory around and it is very annoying when you are trying to learn a new store

This store is very clean. Some cashiers are pleasant and as with any business you have your select few rude ones. Overall the service is great. They are remodeling so its hard to find things now but they do provide you with a list for each aisle to make things easier to find. They also provide samples throughout the day from the bakery and deli. Yum!

This is my go to grocery store. Always good selection. Always good prices. Two drawbacks. One isnt even their fault. First is: carts are old and wobbly. Second is: that dang left hand turn you need to make to get back out to Hull St. Chesterfield County reaaaaly needs to put a traffic circle there.

Rebecca Is Awesome! I came in after a long week to get a birthday cake for my mom. Rebecca from the deli, who was filling in the bakery, did such a great job on my mothers cake. Rebecca also shared some stories, and just made the whole shopping experience an unexpected joy. Kudos to Rebecca!

I still love going in here to get away from the walmart in Forrest Hills. Sometimes it looks like a fashion show, when I see some of the nice and fancy apparel some people walk in with. Fresh food, wide selection of wine and beer. Very friendly staff of people.

While Im always a big fan of Kroger, this one in particular isnt very impressive. Its small, tucked away,a bit run down, and the staff are neither helpful, nor friendly. But because its Kroger, it certainly cannot be 1 or 2 stars.

Beautiful location. Kept up very well, nice and clean with a HUGE selection. Completely different experience than other Krogers Ive bisited. HUGE wine selection, and sushi bar.

Always out of sourdough bread. Bread slicer also needs to be fixed .It ruins the bread. Family size chicken packages are also slimy to the touch. Needs to be packaged better.
