I pre ordered a Daisy crown and bouquet of flowers for a pregnancy announcement photo shoot I was doing for my portfolio. I felt I was very specific with the way I wanted the overall look of both the crown and bouquet to look like and I was highly disappointed in the end product. I spent $150 on this specific arrangement and when I called them as soon as I received my order to tell them it was wrong I was told there was nothing they could do for me because due to traffic and them being busy they would not be able to redo my order. I was told that they could not refund my money because "they had already put in the work", for my next order they would offer me a "small discount" and give me a "fuller" order. While the arrangement they sent was beautiful and well done it was not what I wanted and felt I had specifically ordered. I wanted a daisy crown with 6-8 inches of ribbon 1 light pink, 1 light blue and 1 cream/white colored. The daisy crown itself was done to well minus the ribbon. My bouquet was suppose to be predominantly white and cream in color with fillers, babies breath, 1 light pink rose and 1 blue hydrangea. The bouqet I received had 6 pink roses, 2 blue hydrangea, no babies breath and very little white and cream colored flowers. I was very disappointed as this was a very important photo shoot and I really hope that this doesnt happen again if I consider seeking another floral arrangement from this florist.

I went to Boston Rose Florist to buy some silk snapdragons for my wife for our anniversary. He said he could have them delivered to me the same day. When asked how much I wanted to spend, I told him "no more than $125" for the flowers, vase, and delivery. He said it wouldnt cost that much. That evening, I waited and waited. Eventually, I got a message from a neighbor who said that there were flowers on his steps addressed to me. They had been left at the wrong address and the delivery person didnt try to notify me. Had my neighbor not contacted me, I would never have known they were there. But they werent what I ordered at all! They looked nothing like snapdragons. On top of that, he charged me $132 (more than I said I wanted to spend). He claimed this was due to tax, but when I say "I dont want to spend more than $125" thats exactly what I mean - including tax, fees, surcharges. When I confronted him about them not looking anything like snapdragons, he said he would replace them with something that looked more realistic. I waited a week and, when I received no update, contacted him again. He said it would take several more weeks to get them from his supplier. When I attempted to contact him several weeks later, he did not respond. I tried a few more times to reach him - still no response.

Ive been coming here ever since I was a freshman in college (2005) and this place has never done me wrong. Honest to God, they out do themselves every time I come here, big ups Jillian! Orchids, they got em! Non-cliched different colored roses, they got em, that rare Ben Stiller Jerusalem Tulipisimus Nocturnus from "meet the parents", they got em! Flowers from Brazil that are stunning, ravishing, so beautiful that they make you want to compose a sonnet...yeah man, they got em! They carter to all wallet sizes. You can do big occasions (which is in your best interest) or small (which is also in your best interest). FERN or what I call "For extra reason, never"! Best flower shop in all of Boston. Period. Make that EXCLAIMATION POINT. Whoever wrote that bad review is probably a little off in the head. This place is the katz pajamas! This place is the bees knees! P.s. These flowers are like Chucky from "Childs Play" they just wont die. My girlfriends arrangement is still alive and kicking and its been weeks... what do you put in the flowers...steriods?? HGH??

Boston Rose florist has been in the area for awhile it seems. They always go above a beyond when it comes to making sure your event is a success. I recently used them for my girlfriends baby shower and they came up with the best ideas. Boston Rose has many designers at the shop and each with there own unique style. I worked with Molly, who is an art student at one of the colleges in the area, she came up modern ideas that I have never seen before. The arrangements were jaw droppers! I didnt want anything to girly so she incorporated succulents and airplanes into each arrangement so everyone at the end of the night had a little something to remember the night by. I would highly recommend doing an event with them and even if you just want to get something unique for the house.

I used to walk past this shop everyday and admired all of the flowers but had never bought anything. However, once my mothers birthday came up, I knew exactly where to go, and I was not disappointed. Not only did the girls there put together a bouquet with all of the flowers I had in mind, they made it look absolutely gorgeous and delivered it for me right on time. Everyone who works there really seems to know what theyre doing and they are all really helpful and friendly. They even take orders over the phone, which was great when I studied abroad last semester and couldnt celebrate my best friends birthday, but they sent me a picture of the flowers I ordered in an email and I was thrilled once again. This flower shop is by far one of the best Ive ever been to in Boston!

I went in to place a delivery order of roses for my lady to her job. I was hoping to get them to her in The North End before she left work at 5pm. Though it was later in the day (2pm) the owner was super nice and helpful and said that they would make sure it would arrive on time before she left work. Just after 4pm, my lady sent me a picture of her holding a bouquet. They went above and beyond and made us both very happy. While I was there I saw a variety of exotic houseplants. I couldnt resist and bought a few. The service was great and I will definitely recommend that anyone visit this unique store and get fresh flowers and great a value.

The plants were super expensive, but theyre very very high quality so thats fine. Biggest concern? When I was little I went there and saw a beta fish struggling in less than 2 intches of water, c;early not being fed and assumed to feed off the bamboo plant. I was too little to convince my parents to save it. I came back a few years later and I think another beta is in its place, right towards the opening as a decoration. Maybe Id buy something from here if it didnt promote animal abuse. Stay in your lane, workers, keep to flowers, not beta fish.

I found Boston Rose as I searched for a local florist since I live out-of-state. I was glad to see arrangements on their website & choose a bouquet and price. When I spoke to Victoria and Bruce & told them my intent, they were able to suggest a custom arrangement for the same price. I requested and received a text photo of the flowers and was very pleased! When a hospital delivery address snag occurred, Bruce found a solution and my ill relatives were very happy to receive the beautiful flowers. Great customer service from Boston Rose Florist!!
