First of all, I wanted a place that would take pride in their work and offer suggestions for a funeral arrangement as I have never ordered this type of arrangement before. So I call to order flowers for Funeral happening on Tuesday, May 30th, hoping they could offer suggestions of arrangements. After being on hold for 15mins and passed between two clerks, I was told I had to order my flowers somewhere else because they were CLOSED the Monday prior to the Funeral. Wait. What? But I dont need them until Tuesday. I proceeded to explain that I did not need delivery service and could pick up the flowers myself Tuesday morning. Again, I was cut short and told I have to go somewhere else and order flowers. Seriously? Youre flowers and arrangements came highly recommended to my client BUT your Customer Service is another story. I couldnt finish a statement or ask proper questions because she was trying to get me off of phone perhaps? Whatever... Took my busines$ to Mystic Flowers, where they too are not open on the Monday prior to the funeral, but owner knows how to respects her customers. Ill be going here. Thanks.
