Disappointing and unprofessional! On Valentines day, arguably the busiest and most lucrative day of the year for any florist, Fresco Flowers failed to provide a service that was paid for in advance. They would not take phone calls the entire day, the one time they did they answered in a terse manner and provided zero information simply because they did not want to. Will not use again. South Boston Flowers has better selection and more importantly, service.

I keep going in hoping things will change, but they are not helpful at all and you need to be very careful that you are not given half dead flowers like I once was. I thought I could buy an inexpensive bouquet of flowers, but they are just s expensive and sometimes more expensive than Winstons which is about 5 blocks away and has the highest quality.

Yes - public transportation is great, and its terrific that one can get to downtown Boston via train. But good lord, I wonder how many years Ive taken off of my life breathing the coal-laden fumes in this station. Seriously. Its foul. Please Boston Public Works...do something...
